I walked into Millennium Toyota just to test drive a Rav4, and walked out totally unexpected with a brand new lease. Vincent Licata worked with me to figure out all the details and was extremely patient Rav4, and walked out totally unexpected with a brand new lease. Vincent Licata worked with me to figure out all the details and was extremely patient and very helpful throughout my decision. Since then, I have been back to Millennium for all my ToyotaCare services and the staff is always kind (no matter what time of day - both early am and late). They follow up with you via phone and/or email to keep you in the loop, remind you about your appointment, and make sure everything went well. I have waited for my car numerous times, which is not a terrible wait, and I have also dropped my car off for service; either way I always felt that I was taken care of well. It's also easy to get in and out of the service center; I would definitely recommend Millennium Toyota. More
I own a 2010 toyota corolla and has always used this dealership in the past. I used them for reasons such as service, inspection etc. To be completely honest, in the past 2 years I have never had any ne dealership in the past. I used them for reasons such as service, inspection etc. To be completely honest, in the past 2 years I have never had any negative feedback for this dealership, with the exception of my most recent visit. I went in for my car to be serviced on May 14 and discovered on July 6 that all the oil had drained from the car. I was obviously alarmed and concerned as to why my engine almost blew. I called roadside assistance to have the car towed to the nearest dealership and called Millenium to inform them that the oil seal wasn't tightened properly. I have left messages for the service manager, who doesn't return calls and told his service rep to tell me, verbatim, that "The oil leak wasn't caused by us and you will have to work with the new dealership to fix your problem." I still haven't received a call and have tried calling back numerous times, to no avail. Additionally, i had to pay for my oil to be replaced and for the gasket to be replaced. I say all of this to say that even if Millenium didn't think their mechanics were at fault for the loose seal, they still have to assist the customer. They were unresponsive, blatantly annoyed, and lax when it came to my safety. If any Millenium representative reads this, just note that customers trust their safety to the mechanics at the dealership, and if I had driven my car one more time (I was leaving for an engagement in NJ that evening) my engine would have probably blew. For future reference, just showing some concern for customers is key and I hope no one gets hurt from the lack of professionalism and no tact that was displayed in my case. Apparently using the dealership to service your car is just as risky as taking it to Joe Smith around the corner. A simple tighten from a wrench would have avoided all of this, but this obviously was my last visit there. Thank you, Former Customer of Millenium Toyota More
Mr. Varghese Mathew is a good Sales person. Actually I came to service my 2005 Camery, but as soon as I talked with Mr. Mathew Varghese, he immediately asked me to trade my car with a new 2012 Toyata Came came to service my 2005 Camery, but as soon as I talked with Mr. Mathew Varghese, he immediately asked me to trade my car with a new 2012 Toyata Camery. Not only would I never buy a Toyota again, but I would never buy from the Millennium dealership on any model they sell new or used. I purchased my car at the end of 2009. It is a 2010 Toyota Corolla. Not never buy from the Millennium dealership on any model they sell new or used. I purchased my car at the end of 2009. It is a 2010 Toyota Corolla. Not even finished paying the car off and the paint is chipping and rusting on the roof. No indication of any damage by any means to the roof and with no field manager inspecting the car the decision was made by the service dept that they were not going to repair my car due to the fact that it was over "two years old" even though my warranty - the 3yr/36,000 miles, is still in effect. They do not want to be bothered and they took the word of a field manager who never inspected the roof. They said it was the field manager who suggested it was "bird droppings" causing the rust. How the heck would the field manager know that when he never looked at the car? Of course the one svc manager jumped on the roof of the car and told my husband and daughter is was definitely "rust" and never said it was from "bird droppings." This car is garaged and not parked under trees. It was also inspected a few months ago at their dealership and no mention of any damage to the car was noted. It is too young to form this kind of rust from any environmental source. It is a poor paint job that is peeling away. Toyota's are known for this. The mantra at Toyota is to use the "bird droppings" to breach the warranty you have on the car. They can say what they want to about the car and the cause of damage but they cannot prove it with 100% certainty in a court of law. At Toyota, they stick together like a band of brothers and no one will go to bat for the customer. Not only was the one service manager very duplicitous and condescending to me, he never even bothered to answer my phone calls, avoiding me at every cost. Seems everyone wants to jump on you to sell you something but once something is wrong, no one wants to talk to you. I would never recommend this dealership nor recommend buying a Toyota. My 1999 Plymouth Voyager is 10 years older and has NO rust and is parked outside. BUYER BEWARE! There is a reason why car salesman and dealership service depts have bad reputations and are not the most trusted individuals on the planet. More

What can I say??? I have been using this dealer for my service since I bought my camry in 2002 and have had very few problems, however over the last year the service department at this dealership has gone service since I bought my camry in 2002 and have had very few problems, however over the last year the service department at this dealership has gone seriously down hill. After numerous visits to this dealership for problems with my brakes,I all of a sudden needed new rotors even though my car had been there a week ago and I was told the brakes were "green". they told me the rotors could not be cut and would have to be replaced. When I questioned why they did not find this problem a week ago, they then told me they fixed the problem(which was according to my service report cuting the rotors(which they said they couldn't do. Recently I brought the car again 11/23/11 for an oil change and to inspect the brakes again as I now had a vibration in the steering wheel when I stepped on the brakes. When I got the car back 8 hours later,I drove it only one block away from the dealership and the noise(there was no noise when I brought it in for service)was deafening every time I stepped on the brakes. When I returned to the dealer and had the service advisor take the car out with me, he stated"sounds like the struts to me". However there was no mention of the struts being bad and for the last 8 hours the car was in the dealers posession.Even I knew the problem was the brakes as the noise only occurred when stepping on the brakes. They then took the car in and "fixed" the problem which included "resurfacing the rotors" yet again. The car never stopped right after that and I spoke with Theresa the customer service rep numerous times who finally told me she was sorry but there was "nothing they could do for me".I have since had my brakes replaced and now will be bringing both my toyotas to another dealership for service. I am most upset that after 8 years of loyalty to this dealership that they would just dismiss me with a wave of their hand! BE WARNED!!!! DO NOT take your car to Millenium Toyota for service! Find another dealer who can get it right the FIRST time! Your safety and Mine is paramount when driving a car. Your bakes have to work correctly the First time! More
The service dept. sucks..... The Assistant Service Manager is Kevin Hirapersaud who is very dishonest, rude, and very emotional, but it's expected because he's a young kid. The Service Manager is Josh Manager is Kevin Hirapersaud who is very dishonest, rude, and very emotional, but it's expected because he's a young kid. The Service Manager is Joshi Sunjit who doesn't know to treat customers with respect and his answer to things is "go somewhere else". I took the vehicle (13 months old) in to have it checked because there was a rattle coming from under the car. They tried to blame it on some aftermarket parts that were installed on the car. The aftermarket parts were totally irrelevant to the rattle. They charged me a service fee even though the car was under warranty. I payed the fee in order to get my car back. The service manager informed me that if I removed the aftermarket parts, and the rattle is still present, he would refund me my money. To their surprise, within 30 minutes, I went home, took the parts off, and headed back to the dealership. Guess what, the rattle was still there even with the aftermarket parts off. I received my money back so I'm happy but it was a big headache. The only honest people in this place are the technicians. I will Never, Never, Never, go back to this Dealership. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

These two men deserve mine and your appreciation because all I came in to do that day was get an oil change and I ended getting two new cars instead. As long as these two men are there I will continue to re all I came in to do that day was get an oil change and I ended getting two new cars instead. As long as these two men are there I will continue to renew my leases there. I do have an observation to make and as it is not a complaint so much but something Toyota and the owners of Millenium Toyota should think about. I have calculated that I have and will spend over 120000 dollars with Toyota. I have always believed that Anthony and Mark have treated me fairly and have given me the best deals that they can. But I think that Millenium and Toyota should appreciate my business more than a letter thanking me for my business and a small thermos as a gift. Again this comment is not so much a criticism but an observation. Toyota has great cars so its not like I won't come back for more but maybe some type of appreciation more than you have done for such a customer as myself. Think of it as a good company policy to reward a good customer. Thank you for reading my comments and look forward to talking to you in the future. More
I had an appointment at the service department of Toyota at the same time as their holiday party. After waiting for a little while, I was approached by a very nice employee who told me that the service emp at the same time as their holiday party. After waiting for a little while, I was approached by a very nice employee who told me that the service employee I had an appointment with was out to lunch. I was confused as to why they would schedule me with someone during an employee's lunch. I was about 5 minutes late to my appointment but didnt think that should have any affect on my appointment. I wouldnt think an employee would leave and not wait for a customer after 5 minutes. Regardless, I figured someone would help me out and wasn't all that bothered. I probably would have just waited for someone else to help me, however, I overheard another employee make very rude comments about me to this gentlemen and I decided to just leave. Apparently I should have come 5 minutes earlier and the service employee would not have been out to lunch. As I was going to get my car from the valet and leave, I found out it was their holiday party and was told that was why no one could help me. I felt badly about even being at Millenium Toyota during their holiday party - why would they schedule an appointment with me during their holiday party? Seemed like very bad timing on their part. I honestly didnt really care about the service employee I had an appointment with being out to lunch had someone else just come over and helped me. I probably would have waited a litle more (although I had already been waiting)had I not overheard another employee talking about me in a rude and inappropriate manner. I decided I did not want to give my service now or in the future to this dealership and will be going elsewhere. I would not recommend this dealership. More
