I needed 15K maintenance and NYS Inspection. Missed first appt. because of other work. Made 2d appt. for 2 pm Got there on time, rapidly checked in. Saw Rick, wrote up order, decided to forego wheel alignmen appt. because of other work. Made 2d appt. for 2 pm Got there on time, rapidly checked in. Saw Rick, wrote up order, decided to forego wheel alignment, not too bad. Waited one hour or so in clean and convenient waiting area, having free coffee and snacks from vening machine. Auto cleared inspection, all charges for oil change and check-off of all items and replacement of one item (air filter?) paid By Toyota program up to $ 160 and paid $ 37 for annual NYS inspection, as prescribed by NYS law. Paid cashier by credit card and auto was returned to me after cleaning. Larry. More
Knowing how concerned Toyota is regarding its service and products, I want to make you aware of my most unpleasant experience with Millennium Toyota. While driving on a poorly lit street one night, I hit a curb and knocked off the rear passenger hub cap. I called Millennium, gave the VIN and was quoted a price: $78.14. They said they had it that day. When I came, they did not have it, but that they would have it the following day. It was suggested that I have the alignment checked. They ran a test and determined that the front alignment was off, not the rear as expected. I was told that this was a covered service by Julie since I had about 5,000 miles and had purchased my Prius 6 months ago. I returned the next day. Rather than sit in the waiting area, I took advantage of the shuttle service. I was given a number to call to have a driver come and pick me up. I called twice but only got voicemail, so I walked back-about a mile I think. My bill for this was $239.51: The realignment was not free and the hub cap suddenly cost $105.54 instead of $78.14! I returned a third day and spent the afternoon trying to straighten out the erroneous charges which they resisted. After the refunds, I paid $84.92 for the hub cap. I feel that some consideration should have been given to me for all the inconvenience, such as a refund on the hub cap. This experience was a nightmare. More

Disappointed that I had to pay close to $200. for my 20,000 mile service checkup and aligning of the tires. This was because it was past the 2 yr. mark by just a few months and had I known, I would hav 20,000 mile service checkup and aligning of the tires. This was because it was past the 2 yr. mark by just a few months and had I known, I would have brought the car in for service within the time frame and not had to pay for the diagnostic checkup although I would have still paid for the alignment. Also car was driving fine with no shimmering before I got the alignment and now when you are going 60+ MPH, the car shimmies and if you put your foot on the brake, it does the same thing. If you hit a bump on the highway or grate on the side of the lane, the car steering wheel shakes. Quite disappointed. Now have to bring car back to dealership for them to check. Double time, double miles and extra gas, unnecessarily. More

Also, there was someone walking around the waiting area who was soliciting people about Allstate insurance. He came over to me twice after. I gave quality of work a good grade because nothing is wrong so far. Price is N/A because I have Toyota care. Finally I would not recommend this dealer. Afetr leasing this car, I had a small problem and got the runaround. Also, I left messages for people who said they never got any messages. More
