I had came in for service of my hybrid camry inspection & 10000 mile check up. I was the second car lined up outside I had a 7am appointment the door to drive the car in for service opened at 7:10am. Once & 10000 mile check up. I was the second car lined up outside I had a 7am appointment the door to drive the car in for service opened at 7:10am. Once inside they give a ticket with a number then ask you to wait in the waiting room but instead of being called in the order you came in 5 numbers were called before my number was called at 7:45 I was called to speak to the rep. Once the repairs were completed they call to pay at the cashier they said the car would be right up but once again I had to wait & wait for the car I went back inside which they had to call to find out where the car was. I never had this experience at this dealer before .I have been a customer since the 1980's bought many cars from them so I will be back but something has to be done with the control of cars being serviced a computer program with that data & someone to monitor it would be a good idea. The repair area can communicate with service monitor so the customer is inform as to the status of repair and completion . It's not MARCUS HILLS fault it's the procedure that needs to be corrected. More

The operator took my call, instead of transferring me to the Service Department, she asked what was the nature of my request. I advised her of the issue with the battery light being on and no power steering. She went "oh" and transferred me, mumbling the name of who she was transferring my call. Another person picked up, I described the issue, requesting guidance on the issue, and this person transferred me into someone's (I think Joe was the name) voice mail. Thankfully I descided to dry to the Service Center, though it was a treacherous drive. More
The service advisor was very friendly and curteous. I was able to drop off my car and have it serviced in a matter of hours. I appreciate that while i was informed that I needed new tires, I was not forced i able to drop off my car and have it serviced in a matter of hours. I appreciate that while i was informed that I needed new tires, I was not forced into getting new tires for my car, but he gave me the options on various tires that I could consider. Overall the whole experience was pleasant. More
From the moment I entered the dealership it was an inviting space. My sales rep, Gary, was patient as this was my first new car purchase. I asked a million questions and kept going from the Scion to inviting space. My sales rep, Gary, was patient as this was my first new car purchase. I asked a million questions and kept going from the Scion to the Corolla and back again and he said at one point how about I let you sit with each car and feel them out. Let me know if you have any more questions. It was so nice to not be pressured. I even said to him I have to go outside and smoke a cigarette and make my decision and he held the door for me and said no pressure, it is your decision, take your time. I was at a different dealership earlier in the day and I though the sales guy was going to follow me to my car and jump in just to make the sale. At Toyota they let their cars do the selling. I was worried that the Scion didn't have a trunk and Gary showed me all the ways to make the space bigger from moving the seats forward to putting them down and then walked me over to the Corolla just to show me the trunk. I never once felt that he was pushing any car on me but rather giving me all the information I needed to make my decision even if it wasn't Toyota. I love, love, love my Scion and even more Toyota. when you need service you make an apt and they take you on time and get the car back to you in the time promised, no waiting on line to have your car taken. I drive up and they immediately come over and take my car and explain what needs to be done and do it. And it feels like you are waiting in your own home, they have TV's, coffee and computers for customers to use while you wait. Millennium Toyota is absolutely the best! More
Mark Campbell and the entire sales and service team made my experience a pleasure. My 2013 Camry had a back up camera problem and it was resolved immediately with no real questions asked. They were more c my experience a pleasure. My 2013 Camry had a back up camera problem and it was resolved immediately with no real questions asked. They were more concerned with me and my needs than with any other issue, be corporate or automotive. I couldn't recommend higher than they already deserve. I have been coming to this dealership for 8 years for service and always had great experiences with them, this past experience has me questioning whether or not I will return. I went in for a simple NY service and always had great experiences with them, this past experience has me questioning whether or not I will return. I went in for a simple NY state inspection and the standard 5,000 mileage service; i.e. oil change, etc. I had to go through 4 visits to have this completed; first day 6.5 hours, second 1.25 hours, third 1.0, and the fourth was 6 hours but I was shuttled back and forth to get my car. The initial visit seemed a success but my first trip on the highway (2 days later) the tire pressure gauge light came on, I went back and was taken to the front to have this corrected. I left again all seeming okay, and the same problem happened again. I called and explained and had an appointment for the following day, this time it was only a few miles after I left that the light went back on. I pulled over, checked my pressure and noticed that the tire caps were missing (I do not know at what visit they went missing, they were on when I initially brought the car in). I called the dealership immediately, which was 10 minutes after leaving. I was not able to get a hold of anyone, I called all day, leaving multiple messages (about 10 or so) and only speaking to the phone representative who was wonderful in trying to get me to a live employee. Finally at about 3pm that day, 4.5 hours after I left I was finally called by a manager to discuss. I felt that my time, patience, and good nature were taken advantage of. I was told repeatedly that the car was old, a 2005... Toyota has always stood by having cars that are in great condition and do not fall apart... why was I being taken for a ride? More
