Total incompetence! 5 times brought back for same issue that shouldnt have been an issue because it was certified pre owned. This dealer is a MESS! No accountability for services rendered. I had my Camry serviced for a tire rotation and an oil change, however i noticed that my hubcap was missing. I brought the car back to Toyota and showed Joann. I also showed her that the other hubcap was change, however i noticed that my hubcap was missing. I brought the car back to Toyota and showed Joann. I also showed her that the other hubcap was about to fall off and that's when she said she will order a new for me. It should not have taken 3 weeks for a new hubcap. I made several calls before receiving an answer back. In my opinion this was VERY bad customer service on Toyota's part. I feel like i should get some new Camry mats for this inconvenience. Thanks.. My 2012 Camry has 2400+ miles and I've had it for a year and a half. The reasons the mileage is so low are mine and totally irrelevant to you and the people at Toyota. The Service personnel at the Toyota dealership in Hempstead were extremely rude and obnoxious about it. I Know I have to continue to bring it in for servicing but I'd rather not return. I feel uncomfortable there. Unfortunately I didn't get the guys name but he's in the very last office. The Manager is at the opposite end, I almost stopped in and complained and regret that I didn't. The place was clean. Got in right away, greated with a smilel, and everyone in the service dept was very friendly. My service person Tim offered outstanding customer service and I wasn't at the dealership all day. I got a nice car wash with my service and was on my way. I had came in for service of my hybrid camry inspection & 10000 mile check up. I was the second car lined up outside I had a 7am appointment the door to drive the car in for service opened at 7:10am. Once inside they give a ticket with a number then ask you to wait in the waiting room but instead of being called in the order you came in 5 numbers were called before my number was called at 7:45 I was called to speak to the rep. Once the repairs were completed they call to pay at the cashier they said the car would be right up but once again I had to wait & wait for the car I went back inside which they had to call to find out where the car was. I never had this experience at this dealer before .I have been a customer since the 1980's bought many cars from them so I will be back but something has to be done with the control of cars being serviced a computer program with that data & someone to monitor it would be a good idea.The repair area can communicate with service monitor so the customer is inform as to the status of repair and completion . It's not MARCUS HILLS fault it's the procedure that needs to be corrected. More
