I have bought Toyota at Millenium since 1985, and find the dealership customer friendly, going out of their way for customer satisfaction. Being a teenager, he was not too careful of a driver. Myself being careful would have acheived 500,000 miles. My hat off to Toyota engineering. I now have a 2013 Toyota Hybrid Camry XLE and enjoy driving it. Your salesperson did not pressure me and was ver thorough in explaining all of the Toyota Camry Hybrid functions. More

I called same day for appointment, they accommodated me. Service was excellent and done in a timely fashion. I asked for another appointment for recall service on my Toyota Venza and that was taken care of. Service was excellent and done in a timely fashion. I had an outstanding experience with my service advisor Stevens Pierre. He greeted me warmly and listened to my service needs for my minivan. He explained to me what they would do to my vehicle and the associated costs and even informed me of a recall regarding the solenoid for the shift lock that I should have performed. Although I didn't have the time to replace the solenoid he did recommend that I make an appointment to come back and have it replaced. Stevens Pierre did take the time to inform me of the status of the service work while I was waiting. He also explained to me the problems that I had with the tires and provided me with choices on their replacement. All the work was performed within a very reasonable time frame. Stevens Pierre followed up with me when the work was done and had the vehicle waiting for me all washed and clean on the outside. I currently have 3 Toyota vehicles in the family for the past 7 years and we all bring it back to Millennium. It's because of people like Stevens Pierre that we take them back for service at Millennium. We know the work will get done and get done right. More

I called the day before and the woman on the phone was very courteous. She said I could bring the car in, in the morning. When I got there I was immediately able to drive in, where the mechanics did a very courteous. She said I could bring the car in, in the morning. I went over with him all the work that needed to be done. Oil Change, Inspection and I had a gift certificate for a free car wash. He was very courteous and thorough. I signed off on the sheets. He said he would notify me in the waiting room when the car was finished. To my surprise he notified me around 10am (I had brought the car in around 8:30am) I thanked him for being so efficient. I paid the cashier and the car was waiting for me outside the door. When I got home I immediately sent an email to Toyota about how satisfied I was with the service. Thanks to the Toyota Service Team for the best service! More
I purchased this vehicle from this dealership and have only had it serviced by them. When I called on February 21 to schedule my 25000 mile service I was told the service was free, even though the 2 year only had it serviced by them. When I called on February 21 to schedule my 25000 mile service I was told the service was free, even though the 2 year period had past since I purchased the car. The car only had 23400 miles on it. My appointment was scheduled for the following week. When I brought the car in I was then told I would be charged for the 25000 mile service. I felt like I was penalized due to the fact that I had not even reached 24000 miles on the car. Basically if you do not reach this milestone under 2 years you are penalized by being charged for this service. This was talked about with the service advisor and ignored. I was charged $40 plus tax for the service. Penalized for driving under 25000 miles in 2 years. More

They make it seem like they have known you forever. The Service Writer is very knowledgeable and listens to your concerns. When service is complete they explain everything that has been done.
