Service review In May was in for service which included NYS Inspection. On July 10, 2015 I received a parking ticket for uninspected vehicle. In May service departme In May was in for service which included NYS Inspection. On July 10, 2015 I received a parking ticket for uninspected vehicle. In May service department forgot to put sticker on windshield. On July 11 I visited service department where they immediately installed sticker and washed our car. They did apologize and agreed to take care of ticket. I would recommend this dealership you anyone interested in buying a car. More

Well, purchased a new car at Millennium Toyota and have been dealing with Haseeb the service guy. I can honestly say that Haseeb is above and beyond your average service dept. guy. He is friendly and genuinely cares and treats you kindly. Also, the job is always finished on time, usually sooner than the estimated time, and my Highlander continues to run flawlessly. Haseeb is a professional who knows how to treat a customer and makes the whole service visit experience a pleasure. More

I only recommend that there be an estimated time given upon entry of vehicle based on service type. I thought I was going to be much longer based on another customer's wait time, but she wasn't there for an oil change so my wait time was far shorter. More
