Engine light on, brought me in for service. JoAnn was friendly, carefully listened to what I had to say, Checked for recalls, looked into background servicing and had the staff find the engine p JoAnn was friendly, carefully listened to what I had to say, Checked for recalls, looked into background servicing and had the staff find the engine problem, correct it and return the car while I waited. She kept me updated with the progress and told me what part had stopped working, and how long till it was replaced. I was very pleased with the service. My only concern was the cold air blowing thru the waiting room each time someone opened the outside door. Otherwise all was excellent! More
