lesaon in customer care I made an appointment for service arrived 40 min early and stressed I could not wait 2 hours for a simple oil change and minimal service. Was promised the vehicle would be ready in less than 2 hours. Reluctantly i waited and finally had to start complaining 2 and a half ours into the appointment to find out they hadnt even started working on the car. Need a lesson in customer care More

However, I must say that the customer service at this dealership is extremely good. The Service reps are courteous and accommodating and they wait on you right away. I appreciate the shuttle service to and from my home if the repair time is going to be lengthy ( Within 10 miles). Most importantly, I want good service but I also want excellent workmanship on my car and I feel they are forthcoming about what needs to be done and that it is done well! S. Clemons More

I had purchased a new set of tires abou I was EXTREMELY SATISFIED to receive a very professional assistance by my service representative Margie Bonel. I had purchased a new set of tires about a month ago but unfortunately the front left tire burst when accidentally I hit a curve. I called Margie and she explained to me that it could be replaced under the warranty. The whole process when very smoothly making me feel very satisfied with service provided. I will definitely go back to Millennium Toyota and recommend it to relatives and friends as well. More
I signed up for the shuttle and was forgotten I signed up for the shuttle van to go home after dropping off my car for a check up. At 10:02 I was on the list. I called the driver and he did not I signed up for the shuttle van to go home after dropping off my car for a check up. At 10:02 I was on the list. I called the driver and he did not respond to my call. I got up to go to the bathroom for 3 minutes and apparently that's when the driver returned to collect people. I must have missed him. He had a list with my name on it and no one informed him that I was waiting and wanting a ride. I sat for 2 hours total and although the cashiers at the front knew I wanted a ride no one checked his list to tell him that one girl who wanted a ride was not there. He left without me and no one cared! I sat for 2 hours total! More

We My husband and I were in for service for our 2011 Toyota Venza on June 6, 2016. My husband dropped the car off, and I picked it up the next day. We were both assisted by Lonny Ruscica, Assistant Service Manager at Millennium. He provided us with excellent customer service and also had the shuttle provided by Millennium pick me up the next day since my husband was working and take me to Millennium to get my car. In the 5 years we have been coming to Millennium this has been by far the best experience we have had at Millennium. I give Lonny 5 stars out of 5. He is a definite asset to Millennium. More
