The service Department associate Francisco Cruz is Very nasty and rude has No knowledge on when to Maintenance a Vehicle! It’s so sad to say they have Someone who has no knowledge on when the cars are due nasty and rude has No knowledge on when to Maintenance a Vehicle! It’s so sad to say they have Someone who has no knowledge on when the cars are due for oil changes! This man has told me My oil changes on my vehicle which is driven 100 miles a day 6days a week should be done every 10-12 months in a year! Which is Not correct! I waited 2hours in the waiting area yet he called my phone to tell me he was looking for me while I was sitting there n he never came out to look for me! Very Sad to say he Should not be working in the car industry!! More
Appointment or without appointment get ready to waste 4 hours. Poor services . After 4 hours they can’t fix my car . Toyota can’t fix Toyota car . It’s difficult for them to do alignment. TOTOLLY DISSAPOINTED AND DIGUSTED BY THE TREATMENT OF THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT TODAY!!!!! I came in around 10am today to get my NYSI and maintenance done on my rav4. I went to check on my car about 2 hours later and she rep Adrianne told me it was been worked on. I went back to check 3 hours later and then she told me the car was not in the shop because I did not have an appointment. WHY NOT TELL ME THIS FROM THE BEGGENING!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD OF SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT OR DROP THE CAR OFF. I TOOK MY CAR AFTER IT SAT THERE FOR 4 HOURS WITH NOTHING DONE. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS PLACE AFTER TODAY. Great guy, transparent, not aggressive and understanding of circumstances and didn’t force anything just to increase the bill. More
I got to say man after spending a few hours trying to find the right car for me and the family, I got to say thank you to Freddy Popal and Hector for getting us the right car. How many times do I have to return to fix one thing? The service associates ( especially Jessenia) are wonderful. I wish I could say the same about their mechanics. I brought my car in because of an ICS malfunction that was supposed to be part of a recall. They told me that it would be 3 hours. Hours and hours and multiple phone calls later, they told me that it could not be fixed because my car had been in a front end collision ( actually no it had not) and something was broken and needed to be fixed before the sensors could be realigned .I almost missed an appointment in NYC at 5:30 pm because of this nonsense. I had my local mechanic purchase the part and then back to Millenium Toyota when the new computer part they said I needed came in. That was this past Saturday. I had my husband bring it in at 8 am. I took his car to a job I have in Brooklyn. Hours and hours later, they finally told him that they had ordered the wrong part and the work could not be done. I think its time for me to find a new and much more competent service center, don't you? And I think it won't be very hard because Millenium has set the bar amazingly low. More
