A completely distracted salesman who was trying to help about three or four customers at the same time finally understood that I wanted to drive the vehicle I was looking to buy. After several dodges and excuses, he admitted he did not have one available for me to test drive, but came up with a brilliant solution: He took a set of keys and we went out to a vehicle of the model I was interested in. When he opened the vehicle, I realized it was a customer's car which was there for service. He tried to reassure me that it was all right, but when I realized what he was doing, I refused to have anything to do with a dealership that would let a prospective purchaser drive another person's vehicle which was in for service. How can you trust someone who does something like this? Be warned. More

sales practices are disgraceful in this day and age. felt ripped off. when i went back to complain got no satisfaction. was blown off and not shown to the customer service manager as i should have bee felt ripped off. when i went back to complain got no satisfaction. was blown off and not shown to the customer service manager as i should have been. found this out by calling toyota corp. customer service. was told car had one previous owner................Avis Rental in Florida...........was not told that. Found out when noticed an Avis sticker on door. Called again, nothing. Wanted to cancel extended warranty...........was told too late, was already sent. Toyota Corp.........said dealer has the form I need and should have given it to me............I could go on.......but I won't. Better Business Bureau gives them an unsatisfactory rating................too bad I didn't find out until after I bought the car. More
