I accompanied my mom to this dealership this past weekend hoping to find her a reasonably priced Toyota Camry. Varghese met us and immediately showed us what he had in stock, took us for a test drive and ne hoping to find her a reasonably priced Toyota Camry. Varghese met us and immediately showed us what he had in stock, took us for a test drive and never asked us the age old question "How much are you looking to spend" which is an automatic turnoff. We'd visited several dealerships in the past few months and ALL have asked this question upfront prompting us to leave as quickly as we arrived. The price negotiations with Varghese & Brian was positive. We were not made to feel as if our arms were being twisted. It took some time, but when we were done, we felt we received a fair price for the car. My only issue was with the financing guy (didn't get his name) who managed to convince my mom to purchase an extended warranty on a certified preowned vehicle which is covered for 7 years/100,000 miles and upgrade the existing anti-theft device system (when I wasn't present), increasing her purchase by $2600. This dealership was absolutely disgraceful. They will pull any tactic to get you to buy a car, and get as much money as they can from you. I was interested in looking at a car, just wanted basic informa pull any tactic to get you to buy a car, and get as much money as they can from you. I was interested in looking at a car, just wanted basic information and they kept me there for an hour and a half trying to sell me a car I clearly stated I did not want. I disliked the dealership so much, I started looking into American cars. I was treated so much better at the Ford dealer, I purchased a car there instead. If you want to waste your time and be treated very badly, so here. If you want to be treated well, avoid this place no matter what. More
Liked the fact that you could see the real prices on the web and then you could see the car with prinout in hand or else I would have paid $1,000 for the cars I was quoted. web and then you could see the car with prinout in hand or else I would have paid $1,000 for the cars I was quoted. More
This was the worst car buying experience i've ever had. I seen an ad on the internet on cars.com for an 04 trailblazer for a pretty good price. So i took a ride over and was greeted nicely by the salesman I seen an ad on the internet on cars.com for an 04 trailblazer for a pretty good price. So i took a ride over and was greeted nicely by the salesman and went for a test drive. I liked the truck and the price was fair so i decided to go through with buying it. we sit down and do the paperwork and we agree on a price of 15995 plus tax and reg. this was all on friday night so they told me i had to wait till monday to pick up the truck so monday comes along and I go into the finance office to talk numbers and the guy was just extremely pushy and rushing me through the process which made me feel very uncomfortable. he goes ok sign here and here so i look meticulously at the bill and the price went from 15995 to over $23000 so I flipped out at this point they added a $900 xx prep charge which in the add clearly stated no prep charge/gimmics. Then what really set me off was they added in a $5500 warranty which they never uttered a word about to me. So all in all it was a horrible experience with a bunch of con artist xxxxxxxx that try to cheat people out of their $$. Sorry for ranting but I feel people should really know who they are dealing with. More
Poor salesman ship. My salesman wanted to "workout the numbers" before he took me on a testdrive. I think he should move to Florida. It must be hard for him to sell cars in the winter the numbers" before he took me on a testdrive. I think he should move to Florida. It must be hard for him to sell cars in the winter More
We located a vehicle "on-line" and went to the dealership. It was a "certified" pre-owned Toyota 4Runner. We bought the vehicle, but were at the dealership from 9am until nearly 7pm before the p dealership. It was a "certified" pre-owned Toyota 4Runner. We bought the vehicle, but were at the dealership from 9am until nearly 7pm before the paperwork was finished. Not acceptable. When we left the dealership with our "new" vehicle I noticed that the tire pressure light was "on" on the instrument panel. I did not know what it meant.....I found out that the spare tire was flat. A "certified" vehicle and they let it leave the dealership with a flat spare! When I got home I discovered that the cabin air filter had never been changed! Again...a "certified" vehicle?? I am convinced that this vehicle, although it had all the badging of a certified Toyota.....WAS NOT checked per Toyota certification standards. During the "dickering" stage....they actually made an offer to my wife and I and then retracted it after checking it with the guy behind the smoked glass office. We were furious and had we not driven all the way from Maine for this vehicle we would have walked out. In short, my main dissatisfaction was the condition in which the vehicle left the dealership. I will be taking this situation up with both the dealer and Toyota. More
I was looking to purchase a camry. Called several dealers and got 2 price quotes over the phone. I was looking to buy a Gray one. Went to millenium toyota and test drove a silver as they didn't have a gray i and got 2 price quotes over the phone. I was looking to buy a Gray one. Went to millenium toyota and test drove a silver as they didn't have a gray in stock and learned that xle v6 silver only comes with wood grain trim and i wasn't aware of that before. We had to take a hike to go to the car as it was parked on the 3rd or 4th floor of a garage a block from the dealership while Gary went to pick up lunch near by. I asked Gary the sales guy if that model comes with different trims like any dark colors. When we came back inside he started to do pricing for the silver one while i was interested in a gray one and gave and gave an outrageous number. I said i got two quotes way below that and asked him if could give a better price. He started saying that we shouldn't fool each other!!! thats because he thought i was playing because i had told him i had 2 quotes but didn't test drive one before. Well, yes, i got the quotes over the phone and didn't test drive one before. My husband intervined and said the same thing. He told my husband that "if you arenot sure you want to buy it, why are you jerking around with me". That did it for us. Gary was kind enough to show the us door and said"there is the door, you should leave'. Well, we did. Dont know if he was high on something, but he had this HUGE temper. Until now, I didn't know that people like that existed in the bussiness world. He was unbelievably rude and obnoxious. I wouldn't take a car from them even if it is offered for free!! I wish I could give a rating way below 1 but too bad thats lowest rating available. More
