I had an appointment at the service department of Toyota at the same time as their holiday party. After waiting for a little while, I was approached by a very nice employee who told me that the service emp at the same time as their holiday party. After waiting for a little while, I was approached by a very nice employee who told me that the service employee I had an appointment with was out to lunch. I was confused as to why they would schedule me with someone during an employee's lunch. I was about 5 minutes late to my appointment but didnt think that should have any affect on my appointment. I wouldnt think an employee would leave and not wait for a customer after 5 minutes. Regardless, I figured someone would help me out and wasn't all that bothered. I probably would have just waited for someone else to help me, however, I overheard another employee make very rude comments about me to this gentlemen and I decided to just leave. Apparently I should have come 5 minutes earlier and the service employee would not have been out to lunch. As I was going to get my car from the valet and leave, I found out it was their holiday party and was told that was why no one could help me. I felt badly about even being at Millenium Toyota during their holiday party - why would they schedule an appointment with me during their holiday party? Seemed like very bad timing on their part. I honestly didnt really care about the service employee I had an appointment with being out to lunch had someone else just come over and helped me. I probably would have waited a litle more (although I had already been waiting)had I not overheard another employee talking about me in a rude and inappropriate manner. I decided I did not want to give my service now or in the future to this dealership and will be going elsewhere. I would not recommend this dealership. More
They claim to fix your problem and did not, only created 2 new PROBLEMS! very difficult to make a new appointment (now they want you to come when it is convenient for them) I asked to leave the car over nig 2 new PROBLEMS! very difficult to make a new appointment (now they want you to come when it is convenient for them) I asked to leave the car over night at least the answer was NO! and I believe that nothing was done besides new problems. Fees are not disclosed in the beginning, and the sales agent didnot spend time to explain us those itemized fees. We were hit with a $374 administrative fee which we had no idea after we signed the purcha agent didnot spend time to explain us those itemized fees. We were hit with a $374 administrative fee which we had no idea after we signed the purchase. 30 minutes later, we challenged this to the financial staff, he stated that this fee is standard and there is no grace period to back out (I was really pissed at that point, I wish I would just walked right out at that point). You can imagine what kind of world we are living-in today since everybody tries to screw each other right out with hidden fees and intimidation. Consumers shouldn't really need to bid on a vehicle (since we are not in this car business). The whole concept is just down right absurd. More

They have a great waiting area just off of the showroom--flat screen TVs, coffee, vending machines, and comfy couches--and now I know why. Plan to camp out there when getting service done. We went showroom--flat screen TVs, coffee, vending machines, and comfy couches--and now I know why. Plan to camp out there when getting service done. We went in to have the check engine light fixed and an oil change after a cross-country drive in a new Camry, only to be told that it also needed some other fix on the gas pedal and control. I didn't want to wait a long time, so signed a waiver to say I'd get the fix done after getting back home. 45 minutes later the service rep said the mechanic wouldn't touch the car because I didn't want the fix done (so what was the point of the waiver?). I told them to bring the car up then. 15 minutes later he comes and tell me that the car was already up on the rack so they'd change the oil after all. Almost an hour later the car was finally ready. And I was out of there sooner than a few unlucky souls who had been sitting there when I first got into the waiting room. More
Car ran poorly after an oil and lube and "FREE 21 point inspection". Drove in for service and car runs excellently - pick up the car and the engine warning light is on and car runs awful. What happened? T inspection". Drove in for service and car runs excellently - pick up the car and the engine warning light is on and car runs awful. What happened? They offered to check it out but I said I'm reporting you to the better business bureau. I expect this from the local no name mechanic but not from a reputable Toyota dealer. More
I went to this dealer after visiting another dealer where I went to this dealer after visiting another dealer where the service was horrible, they had no knowledge of the product, bad attitudes and bait I went to this dealer after visiting another dealer where the service was horrible, they had no knowledge of the product, bad attitudes and bait and switch practices. At Millennium I was greated by Norris, who insisted to show me the car even though I told him I knew the car because I own a 2006 Camary. It turned out that he knew much more about the car then I did, he showed me every feature about the 2010 Camry and could tell me all the new added features since my last purchase. He reassured me about my concerns over the recalls and was able to explain exactly what the problem was and how it was being fixed. The negotiations went smoothly and no games were played. I brought the car for a fair price and got a fair price on my trade. Norris and Alisa from finance were friendly and professional. The hardest part of the whole experience was getting a correct insurance card form my insurance company. Besides that, I will purchase my cars in the future from this dealership and will recommend it to anyone. Brenda Rose More
I purchased a 2005 Prius from this dealer on December 16, 2009. The reps. listed above provided grossly unprofessional and substandard service. They did not return my spare key, despite several promises. 2009. The reps. listed above provided grossly unprofessional and substandard service. They did not return my spare key, despite several promises. When I picked upt he key myself, the manager tried to start an argument in the showroom in front of potential customers. The financial rep. liked about the terms of the certified "wrap" warranty. In addition, he did not process my vehicle registration. When I approached him about it one month later, he blamed it on my insurance company and myself. I STRONGLY discourage anyone from buying a car from this dealership. They are very friendly until you sign the paperwork. But, if you ask them to keep their promises, they will fight you "tooth and nail." If you really want to buy a car from this dealership, take your attorney with you. More
I have given this rating because I had tried to schedule numerous test drives of a vehicle and they kept giving me the run around. Then they did not want to budge one cent from the dealer invoice. When I kn numerous test drives of a vehicle and they kept giving me the run around. Then they did not want to budge one cent from the dealer invoice. When I know they can after when they acknowledged their dealer holdback. But hey I guess we all have to eat, they just happen to have an unhealthy appetite. Overall this dealership was a waste of time. More
Their ad listed a Certified Camry for $12,988. All certified Toyotas are supposed to come with a free complete Carfax. They would not provide the carfax. I called my wife and she obtained it while t certified Toyotas are supposed to come with a free complete Carfax. They would not provide the carfax. I called my wife and she obtained it while the salesman "talked things over" with the slimy manager. The car was to be sold cosmetically "as is" but had a major crease in the door. I asked for a proper repair and was willing to pay towards it.After the two minute estimate turned into 90 minutes, they finally gave a number...$1650 more! I offered a fair number that they accepted, but when the rookie slimeball Sal came back from chatting with veteran slimeball Troy, they tried to tack on an $800 fee that Sally-boy couldn't even come up with a decent lie as far as areason. I got up and walked out. This, after three separate idiots there questioned their own ad. Deceptive? You bet. I'll be contacting Nassau County's Consumer Affairs Dept. More
