The entire process of purchasing my new vehicle was great.I have been to numerous dealerships including Volvo,Acura,Honda,and other Toyotas. Millennium impressed me the most. These two men deserve mine and your appreciation because all I came in to do that day was get an oil change and I ended getting two new cars instead. I do have an observation to make and as it is not a complaint so much but something Toyota and the owners of Millenium Toyota should think about. I have calculated that I have and will spend over 120000 dollars with Toyota. I have always believed that Anthony and Mark have treated me fairly and have given me the best deals that they can. But I think that Millenium and Toyota should appreciate my business more than a letter thanking me for my business and a small thermos as a gift. Again this comment is not so much a criticism but an observation. Toyota has great cars so its not like I won't come back for more but maybe some type of appreciation more than you have done for such a customer as myself. Think of it as a good company policy to reward a good customer. Thank you for reading my comments and look forward to talking to you in the future. More
Millennium's sales staff responded to me when I walked in the bright, clean showroom. Al, Anthony and Liz listened to my needs, were engaged and friendly. No one was pushy. Toyota Finances representative called to confirm I had filled out an application for a loan: even he was pleasant. I was very pleased with the price and the efficiency of the transaction: I drove my Prius home less than 24 hours after I walked into the store. I thought that Al did a great job of getting everything together. I did not like that I had to wait as long as I did but that was not Als fault. Their new facility is about 5x better most Toyota dealers I visited in NYC & Long Island areas. Seems to be well staffed, sales floor and waiting areas are roomy, inventory lot is huge, well organized and cl I visited in NYC & Long Island areas. My Sales Agent Danielle was great in working with me to get the car I want at the price I wanted to pay. Internet Sale Manager Mike O. was also helpful, gave me a competative price. They are trigger happy with document fees and finance fees, and should improve upon. Overall, my purchase experience with Millenium Toyota is satisfactory to good. Much better than my previous dealing with Advantage Toyota in Lynbrook. I would return for future Toyota purchase and recommend to others. More
First, let me say that my visit to Millennium Toyota was better than could be expected. That being said I buy cars once every 3 years or so, and I have always purchased American cars. I was nervous about what to expect upon entering a Toyota dealership for the first time. My fears and jitters were calmed immediately. The building itself is a first-class building, and they have fresh brewed coffee! Anyway, I was still nervous about the purchase, but that too was calmed by Millennium's knowledgeable staff. They knew everything about the vehicles, and took the time (several hours) to explain in detail the pros and cons for me to get a Rav4, Camry, or a Corolla. I ultimately decided on a Rav4, for the space. I could not be happier today with my vehicle. I may not have purchased a car other than an American one, if it had not been for Millennium Toyota, and its very knowledgeable staff…Thank you, and I will recommend all of my friends. More
When me and my wife walked into the show room, we where greeted very cordially by Mr.Korgood. He procceded by showing us the model and the options for the vehicle we were interested in. He showed us the colors inside and outside the showroom so that we could see the differences. The whole transaction went through very smoothly, and there was no selling pressure. I went to Millennium Toyota after having a terrible experience at another Toyota dealership. Since Millennium was local we decided to take our business there instead. I did not know it but when I entered Millennium I walked up to the General Manager who was working at the front desk in the showroom. He is easily accessible to customers if they need his help. Nice touch for doing business. Without knowing who he was he said hello and asked if he could help me, I explained to him what I wanted and he assigned people to help me right away. He even took his time to work on something for us personally which I was thankful for. The credit was already secured through Toyota Capital Corp. by the place we walked out on and the offer we were given by Millennium beat the price of the other dealer and was within $ 5 of what we budgeted for a car. There were no hidden costs and no surprises. Millennium was very professional through the entire process. They didn't make any promises they couldn't keep and for someone who hates going through the process of buying a car I was impressed. Don't let the size of the dealership intimidate you. They are more than amply staffed and do many things to make the customers and families comfortable. The facility is modern and there is plenty of parking in their lot which is not overstuffed with cars and dedicated for customer parking. We were there at a very busy time and though you could tell the place was efficiently run I distinctly got the impression that they don't rush from one customer to the next. We worked with Fernando Gonzales in sales, Hector Maltes in finance, and Anthony the General Manager (I didn’t get his last name). I can't speak about the service yet but based on the sales experience I am anticipating that it will be good. If you live in the Nassau County area Millenium Toyota is worth taking a drive to if you are intersted in making a purchase. More
