I purchased my 2008 Prius from these fellows in there old location across the street from where they are now. That was in April of 2008. (They are becoming rare with the problems over in Japan, so if you're thinking about taking the plunge....don't wait too long. Gas pries are skyrocketing and supply is getting tight and that means only one thing... MSRP prices are going to be the starting point and there will be more ($$) put on top. I was lucky to be able to negotiate a great deal and I am very satisfied. The sales person I worked with was extremely knowledgable and a real gentlemen. I know this fellow will move right up in the ranks at Millenium. The Superstore is just that. Large, clean, well lit, plenty of salesman, nice sitting areas to talk and if you brought your car in for service there are no less than 5 (five) 50"TV's with clusters of comfortable couches to help pass the time while waiting. Oh, did I mention Starbucks coffee is available and on the house. Everyone works well together here. Ask them to show you there whole facility. They'll take you on a tour and they appear as a new parent would be showing off there new baby. Take an elevator right to see the 40 plus service bays in the basement. Check out there indoor carwash in the basement. Bring your dirty car in for service,it will leave serviced and washed with a complimentary carwash. Overall it was a great experience. This is the dealer to get over to and look up my guy Jeffery once you're there. I've bought 20 cars in my life and this guy was a breath of fresh air.... Enjoy and breath deep! More

With my first child about two months from being born, I started to realize that my Corolla (which I also bought through Millennium) was not going to be big enough for my growing family. I walked in and wa started to realize that my Corolla (which I also bought through Millennium) was not going to be big enough for my growing family. I walked in and was greeted by Danielle, a salesperson that does not seem like a salesperson. In other words, she was friendly, hardworking, a great listener, and truly made me feel like I was #1. She was never pushy, never tried to upsell me, never made me feel uncomfortable. Millennium is lucky to have her. Danielle and I test drove a couple of cars and I began to fall in love with the Rav4. She began punching numbers and working out the best deal possible for me, emphasizing that she understood what bills would be like in just a few months for me. Eventually, I made my way to the Financial Service Manager, Gary. Gary and I sat down and he thoroughly explained everything and gave me a fantastic deal. He even stayed later than he orignally wanted for my wife to come to the dealership to test drive the car and make sure she was 100% satisfied. I can not say enough nice things about Millennium Toyota, and especially these two employees. Now I have a larger Toyota, a great service package, and the knowledge that Gary and Danielle will always have my business. More

The customer service starting at the front door right through to the service areas, deserve the highest rating with a Gold Star.., The ease of purchasing a new vehicle or leasing one, come from sales representatives who are more then knowledgable and are willing to assist the customer by sharing that knowledge... The service department is more then satisfactory and pricing is competitive with incentives and programs designed to make the purchasing experience complete and affordable. I had seen all of the good reviews of Millennium Toyota on this website and was positive that at least some of them had to be fake. I didn't think it was possible to visit a dealership and have a pleasant on this website and was positive that at least some of them had to be fake. I didn't think it was possible to visit a dealership and have a pleasant experience. Boy was I proven wrong today when I went in to buy my new Prius. First, a little background: I started out by contacting 17 different Toyota dealerships in the Tri-State area and giving them an "Out-the-Door" offer on a new Prius (for those of you who don't know, an "Out-the-Door" offer is when you factor in the tax and all additional fees into your offer). Mike got back to me within a day and was the only salesperson that matched my offer in writing. A couple of salespeople wrote back with offers somewhat higher than Mike's and most of the salespeople refused to give me any price in writing (A word of advice: if a salesperson won't give you an offer in writing, chances are you're not getting a deal). Since Mike's offer was the best, I sent it to the other salespeople that didn't seem like slimeballs to give them a chance to match it. Not a single one of them could match Mike's price. Since Mike had a wedding to go to this weekend, he put Vinny in charge of the sale. We made an appointment to come in at 11am, and sure enough Vinny was talking to us and continuing the sale within minutes of our arrival. He handled our trade-in very professionally and didn't have any issue negotiating on the initial value they offered for it. Anytime he walked away to go take care of something we were never waiting very long. Between the initial contact with Mike and the follow-up with Vinny, I couldn't have asked for a better sales experience. When it was time to close the deal, we were brought in to Richard's office. Richard was very professional as well and took the time to explain all the the options we had available to us. He got us a terrific financing deal through a local credit union with an amazing rate. When I needed to discuss something in private with the person I was there with, Richard had no problem with leaving his office and giving us just the right amount of time to talk. There were no hidden fees on the purchase agreement and the price I was initially offered by Mike was the price I paid. It was the perfect ending to a great car buying experience. I have been to plenty of other dealerships to purchase cars or help family purchase one for themselves, and even a different Toyota dealership to purchase my previous car.
