My husband and I purchased two cars from this dealership many years ago and had very positive experiences each time, so... when we were ready to buy another car, we came back to this dealer. We went in o many years ago and had very positive experiences each time, so... when we were ready to buy another car, we came back to this dealer. We went in on the 4th of July.. Toyota was having a sale so we thought it would be a good time to buy. It was very busy that day but we were treated in a very professional manner and given as much time and attention as needed. Our salesperson, Jeff, helped us find the right model with the options we wanted at the right price (we were pleased that the advertised price was honored by the dealership). We picked up the car the next day, Jeff spent a good amount of time explaining all of the features, even setting up my cell phone with the Bluetooth feature (which i've never had before so that was really helpful). We love the car and have been very happy with the follow-up and courtesies extended to us. More
While at Millennium Toyota the sales person Joe Runac had adequate knowledge of this Toyota i was interested in. The 1st problem was with the price he tried give me for my trade in which was far below ma had adequate knowledge of this Toyota i was interested in. The 1st problem was with the price he tried give me for my trade in which was far below market value. The second problem was when Joe came over with his manager after Joe informed me to pay sticker price for the Toyota cause that was the best they can do. The manager comes over and starts the conversation with "whats the problem over here" i inform him that 1st off he is 4 grand off on the trade in price and he said "well i have to make money off it when we sell it you know". Then i tell him the price for the vehicle i was willing to pay and he said "we pay 43,000 for the car so you aint getting it for less then we pay for it & sucked his teeth at me" I had done all my homework i know that the vehicle cost is 41,717 for the dealer. so i thanked Joe for his time and was leaving the dealership and Joe wanted to hand me his business card when the manager shouts "Don't give him nuttin" To me that was totally unprofessional and uncalled for. Joe was nice enough to send me an email thanking me for my visit. I really don't know how these poor salesmen make a living when they have a manager who is a very angry, abrasive and comes off with the character of a wannabe thug. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this dealership to have to experience what me and my family were a part of. More
Joe Runac did a great job assisting my wife and I with our purchase of a new SUV. I have bought several new cars from other dealers and I was used to expecting a fight. Either you fight the salesman or the finance manager who pushes you to buy additional coverage even after you laid the law down and declined. Joe Runac couldn’t have been more helpful making the sale happen and keeping us comfortable. He really did a lot of work and quickly. Alisa, the finance manager whose last name I do not remember, was fair and made her points but also understood what no meant. She was not overly pushy, which is a reason we would never buy from two other dealers who tried scare tactics when we sat down with them. This dealership was very clean, organized and professional. Our best experience so far buying a new car. I would and will recommend to family and friends. More
Buying a car is aggravating enough without having to deal with people who do not know what they are doing. They will tell you one thing and never do it. I bought my car in March and it already has a problem that I can't even get fixed because I can't get anyone from the Service Dept. on the phone. I did leave three messages over the course of two days but no one bothers to call back. I am disgusted with this place and the people who work here. It's shameful. More
