un-professional manager and sales person. I am a returning customer dealt with Millennium Toyota for over 20 yrs. I purchased many cars from Millennium Toyota. I brought my in laws to purchase I am a returning customer dealt with Millennium Toyota for over 20 yrs. I purchased many cars from Millennium Toyota. I brought my in laws to purchase a c-VHR XLE 2019 . The sales person was Tulo, he was not too knowledgeable about the vehicle was very impatient he was more interested in closing the deal. we were interested in 2 options Purchased or Lease he could not explain the lease option clearly. The vehicle was not on premises he had to locate the vehicle from another dealer. we had an agreement on the price including The $1000,00 cash back with 2.9% APR for 5 yrs. $500.00 deposit fully refundable if the vehicle did not meet our satisfaction. He did not give the listing of equipment when we called him the forward a copy to us . he was very upset and unprofessional over the phone. he was again interested to meet his quota for the month he wanted to set up an appointment which was not convenient to us. I decided to call the Sales manager D'von I explained the entire situation he asked me to come and meet with him he will make it worth my time. I went to meet with him we saw the car and agreed to purchased the car , he gave us the same agreed price plus $500.00for the previous incident, but he told us the $1000.00 was not part of the package it is either or not both. I call another Dealer who told me " the $1000.00 discount is toward the purchase of the car regardless if I am financing the purchase. Toyota financing will honor The rate of 2.9% APR as long my credit rating of 8.00 is qualified. I told the manager I have different information from Toyota dealer. He shouted at told me " why are you lying to me" I was shocked I asked him did you say I am lying? He answered 'yes" I was humiliated . I did not expect this behavior from a sales Manager. More

Beware Be very careful with this dealership. I was told they would cover my previous leases 3 payments remaining plus disposition fee. A month and a half l Be very careful with this dealership. I was told they would cover my previous leases 3 payments remaining plus disposition fee. A month and a half later when I was still getting bills I was told that I never gave them my bill for them to pay it off which they never asked for. When I went to the dealership to see what was going on they informed me that I only signed for them to pay 2 months plus disposition. I would have never agreed to only 2 months when 3 were due. I was completely taken advantage of. They are saying there is nothing they can do for me now. They also tried to give me less than the disposition fee was. More

Once agin Emil treated us with respect and answered all our questions. He escorted us to our car and showed how to use the new improvements. He went beyond just being a salesman. He became our friend. Hector Maltese was very sympathetic to our needs and accommodated us. He really cared. More

Simple test drive turned into best car ever! I wasn’t thinking I was purchasing a car this quickly, was actually looking around at several different models to see what I liked. In test driving t I wasn’t thinking I was purchasing a car this quickly, was actually looking around at several different models to see what I liked. In test driving the 4 cylinder camry I knew I wanted a 6 cylinder car. Mark checked the preowned inventory for me with Shariff and to my luck a 6 cylinder Avalon was available..... brought my husband back next day and met our salesman Ahmad for his test drive. Ahmad explained every detail of the car and was already working with our friend who was purchasing their car that day .My compliments to Shariff and his team, between Ahmad and our financial liaison Ghulam they are the reason why we felt confident we were getting the best deal. Please acknowledge their great customer service! This is the reason we have purchased from here before and continue to come back! Looking forward to using their service department have taken our Rav 4 there and were always satisfied. More

I had my Nissan Maxima for 25 years and it was time for a new car. Stevens helped me with all of my concerns without any pressure. This was a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end. James Stukes was the sales manager and was just as understanding and professional. I was referred by a friend to this dealership to work with Stevens and James. All she could say was great things and how her purchase was streamline with great customer service. I been to other dealerships and wasn't satisfied with the customer service. Your customer service is your root to your business. Having the right people is very important. I truly feel this dealership has been the greatest experience and it was my pleasure to work with Stevens and James.
