Please be careful. I contemplated writing a review for awhile as I had believed this was pretty much a lost cause but I hope this will help someone somehow from falling I contemplated writing a review for awhile as I had believed this was pretty much a lost cause but I hope this will help someone somehow from falling for additional fees. After having been a nissan family, my mother and I switched to Toyota. We each purchased a new car in the summer of 2022. I originally went to look at a rav I was interested in. I was in no rush for a new car which I stressed as I was borrowing my dad’s second car to get around. I eventually went ahead and decided on financing this car to gift myself on my birthday as I never splurge. While we thought we were getting a “good deal” I have since come to the realization that we were bamboozled, BADLY. A bunch of nonsense fees were added on to the totals on each car which I questioned and was told it is standard. Not once was I informed I could opt out of these. I even recall questioning the final prices as these were HIGH for just a toyota camry and rav with no special features or customizations on either. It wasn’t until talking to others after the fact that we realized we each ended up paying just as much as other acquaintances with higher end cars. I went back months later after speaking with others around me to try and come to a resolution. Millennium Toyota said I could trade for another, the catch was I was in negative equity due to all the fees they charged that I only found out after the fact were indeed not necessary. Shame on me for believing in the words of the sales people, we were each down a large amount and settled down for smaller cars the second time to try and save where we could. I called them out on this the second visit as I told them I would have never signed off had I known those other fees were required. They did some nonsense waste of time and cut some bogus fees off the second cars but I am still down the nonsense fees from the first visit. If you are new to dealerships and financing, please bring someone along that may know more about this so you don’t fall victim! I am now stuck financing a car that has me in negative equity and I will have paid wayyy more than it’s worth. More

I had a fantastic experience at Millennium Toyota. I was in an accident I needed a car fast. After finding the model I wanted online I went to the dealership. Jennifer Boldis was an amazing Consult I was in an accident I needed a car fast. After finding the model I wanted online I went to the dealership. Jennifer Boldis was an amazing Consultant. She explained everything about the car and its history. She explained every expense and fee involved so there were no surprises. After taking a test drive and deciding to purchase the car, she helped with all the DMV and insurance paperwork. Jennifer truly knows her business and makes you feel comfortable. I then met with Alisa Sukwanitkun and she did the rest of the paper work. Alisa made the whole process fast and easy and really put me at ease. In less than 24 hours I left with my new car. Shopping for cars can be stressful. Millennium Toyota and its amazing staff made it easy! More
The worst retail experience of my life. The showroom is loud, disorganized and chaotic. You will be passed from employee to employee with long waits in between, until you get to the "cl The showroom is loud, disorganized and chaotic. You will be passed from employee to employee with long waits in between, until you get to the "closer"--a financial manager who uses a combination of hard-sell, bullying and fast-delivery xxxxxxxx to inflate the price you thought you'd pay for the car with an array of expensive and confusing extended warrantees and mysterious "fees", all with Toyota financing that carries a gut-wrenching interest rate, no matter how good. your credit is. You should leave. But you don't. You really want that car, and are too exhausted and dazed to put up a fight. So against your better judgment, you sign the paperwork. You wake up the next morning and realize you've been had. So you decide to cancel those warranties. You have the right to do it! But when you go back to the dealership do get that done, you're treated like garbage. For a transaction that takes minutes, you're made to wait two hours, only to be told that they'll email you the paperwork---later. You wait days. No follow-through until you've texted and left phone messages and wondered if you need to take legal action. Hey, I like my car. Even after extricating it from the tangle of warranties, I still probably paid too much for it, though. But the highest price was the utterly demeaning experience of buying it. Can't cancel that. Stay away from Millennium. More
Gary is terrible and I wouldn't have financed the vehicle without . He acts like your typical mobster when working with him. He's slow to take the paperwork completed. I would rather him break my legs ins without . He acts like your typical mobster when working with him. He's slow to take the paperwork completed. I would rather him break my legs instead of financing with him. Roger was great but I won't come back for my next Toyota as long as Gary is still there. More

Wife and I test drove a newer model sienna and loved it. I’m a retired vet with a credit score over 770. I’m still employed with the government. We were turning in a leased highlander platinum. We asked I’m a retired vet with a credit score over 770. I’m still employed with the government. We were turning in a leased highlander platinum. We asked Rob (salesperson) to show us the initial financial numbers. The financial paperwork was high end 9.87% with payment almost $1200 a month. When I filled out the credit paperwork to run. We were told prior to running the paperwork. The payments would not get that much lower and interest was what it was. I asked to see the price of the vehicle per paperwork. Toyota placed the vehicle price $11000 over the sticker price. Rob told us, “This was normal and market value of the car.” This dealership was not up for negotiation. I have never (NEVER) gone to a dealership where a priced vehicle is not the sticker price. Your negotiating made up prices with this dealership. You have already lost money prior to negotiating with this dealership. This dealership has a shady business model.Buy with caution if you buy from this place. I left a review on Google. An hour later George called from Toyota Financial. He tried to say normal practice for high interest rates but wouldn’t discuss the $11000 increase. When I left the dealership. I called USAA whom I bank with. I was offered 5.4% for $50000. This would have covered the cost of the sticker price and half the interest of what this dealership offered. We never got this far because there was no negotiation from Millennium Toyota. More
