Found a great little car at this dealership. Everthing was going great, until the owner realized they listed the car on two different sites for different prices. One lower than the other. The agreed to honor the price, we placed a deposit. We left the dealership, with having checked the cars codes etc. Everything was fine. Amazingly, we received a text shortly there after stating the car now developed a problem and we needed to add that to the sales price prior to purchase. $900 dollars which would have been the cost that it was listed on their other site. They were going to try and make up their mistake by passing it on to us. Once something like that takes place…it’s a major warning sign. Forget about it, if something happened under this “dealerships” warranty. Wheeler and Dealer..nothing more. Save yourself future heartache. Stay away. More

Their buyer watches the best auctions seeking only the highest quality cars. Only cars with great CarFax reports become candidates for purchase. Weekly the buyer visits auctions within 100 miles to actually DRIVE the vehicles before the auction date. This used car dealership is one stop shopping. For sales there are indoor and outdoor showrooms. High end vehicles include Mercedes, BMW, and luxury SUV's. They have a very capable Repair Shop and a custom Body Shop as well as Detailing Shop. The paint shop custom mixes auto paint through a computer operated system that has inventory rivaling many people's mortgages. They operate on a very narrow profit margin that keeps the customers' cost very low. We needed brakes and got an estimate from a major national franchise that floored us. We called Millennium and they did the complete job for 1/3 of the original estimate. I asked how they could do this and they proudly said "This is a low cost service that we extend to our customers in order to keep them happy with their car purchases". Charlie handles most of the sales and is extremely busy. I have seen several clients at one time waiting for the bargains that they provide. Charlie does everything for you including financing, contacting your insurance company, and completing your MA RMV transaction along with obtaining number plates. The repair shop is also a MA Inspection Station. During MA inspection OR any repair Eli gives your Millennium purchased vehicle a complete evaluation for computer codes and possible future repairs with a low cost estimate. Appointments are available but "Walk Ins" are also served. They have a modern, comfortable waiting room with big screen TV and luxurious leather furniture. They are always friendly, customer focused,with mult-language translators on staff. They are also open until 7 PM to accommodate working customers. More
Very Unprofessional I sent my wife to this dealer to look at a minivan. I spoke to Charlie TWICE to explain the situation on how my wife was looking for them to buy out h I sent my wife to this dealer to look at a minivan. I spoke to Charlie TWICE to explain the situation on how my wife was looking for them to buy out her lease and then we would pay cash for the minivan. My wife drove an hour to get there and waited over 45 minutes with our 2 and a half year old. Charlie was with another client which is fine. He finally was ready to speak to my wife and he first words to her was "How much of a loss are you willing to take for your lease?" Remind you she has been sitting there for 45 minutes with a 2 year old and that's how he approached her. He could of had a 2013 Roque with 17,000 miles on it for 16,000 and got rid of a minivan that has been sitting on his lot for 300 days with a cash payment. Ignorance at its best. It took my wife 2 hours to get home to drive through Boston again. I was told TWICE they would work something out but being an ignorant jerk upset my wife and he is lucky I wasn't there. Hopefully they will learn from this but who knows. If you can't handle more than one customer maybe hire some help. More
