Dwayne when I first walked in was so professional and calming. I was very upset I have 2 fairly new hyuandai and both were down. i had one towed to South Shore and I am having a horrific experience. Hello, I would like to tell you that Michael in the service dept was very polite and helpful. While I was there a women customer came in and was asking about her car and why it would just die last nigh service dept was very polite and helpful. While I was there a women customer came in and was asking about her car and why it would just die last night She Asked if it could be because of a recall, Michael started to explain to her how he needed more information about the car she loudly proceeded to say he was rude. She stormed out curseing him and saying she would call B.B.B Michael was very calm and never answered back to the rage.
