I'm glad overall your experience was a good one. As far as service goes it could ALWAYS be quicker. You know the saying "a watch pot never boils"? It's very similar here. As you said "MANY people were here in service and we were busy". We had a lot of customers that day and that extends a persons wait time but also says something about our dealership. We're busy for a reason. I'd rather wait for my car to get serviced at a place that was busy than have my car serviced someplace where I was the only customer. I assure you we do not want to keep a car in the service bay longer than we have to. Keeping a car in service ties up a service bay and a mechanic who is paid hourly. A car spends no more time here than it needs to. It wouldn't make sense.
