I found Millennium Hyundai and its staff to be quite friendly and polite. The manager Shermica Malcolm was very professional, considerate,and knew how to take charge and make sure that I was a satisfied friendly and polite. My sales rep Koree Darden knew the product; however she needs coaching on follow through with the customers. When I purchased the car she only gave me 1 key and promised to have the other the following week. I called her for 4 days, she was never available or returned any of my calls. I had to make a trip back to the dealership twice before the issue was resolved. More
I arrive at the dealership with just looking and thinking of purchasing another time. I browse the parking lot for a few minutes then I entered the showroom. A young man approach me by the name of Max. He wa of purchasing another time. I browse the parking lot for a few minutes then I entered the showroom. A young man approach me by the name of Max. He was pleasant and friendly. He listened to me and my concerns. We took a walk to the parking lot and we discussed color, size, test drive, price and another model instead of an Elantra which I currently own. Well I ended up leaving on September 29, 2012 with a Sonata 2013. Why I gave Max 5’s? Being an excellent listener, patient, funny, respectful and having integrity. At the end of the sale Max gave me his number and said you can call me anytime with concerns. Well a few days later my radio didn’t work call Max, it went to voice mail but he called me back quickly. Max insisted to bring the car to the dealership, he tried and sought help to rectify the problem. This was out of Max’s hands he proceeded to set up an appointment to have the radio working. Great service from time we walked into door . Rashawn explained in detail about car and made the buying process including the trade-in very smooth with no hassles. My only complaint is with the HYUNDAI CORPORATE OFFICE for not supplying a spare but instead some sort of foam applicator for flats. This ended up costing me over $350 dollars for a temporary spare and kit for peace of mind. What does one do on a back road or bad area somewhere with his family with a a blowout or shredded tire and has to wait for a tow which may or may not come for hours and then be towed somewhere. Hyundai you are penny-wise and pound foolish. More

My wife and I were very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism Mr. Robert Betts displayed during our sales experience with him. We do not appreciate pushy sales people in any business and would have walked out if that were the case. Mr Betts listened to our needs and cost request and recommended the 2013 Elantra. He took us for a test drive and we were pleased with the handling of the car and it's features. Your dealership also had a nice selection of cars available on the lot.
