We purchased 2 cars, the Elantra and the Genesis...we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and allowed to look around without any pressure. Both Eric and Joe walked us around the complete inventory, which was enormous, and allowed us to see the colors, options and interiors up close and personal. There was no fooling around and they gave us the best price from the beginning. This is the way purchasing a car should be. Reggie the finance manager had all the paper completed and organized. We signed our names on the highlighted lines and we were done. There was no high pressure sales pitch for after market add ons which was greatly appreciated. We did purchase the spare tire for the Elantra because we felt it was a necessity. The service manager, Bob, introduced himself and made us feel comfortable about having our service done at the dealership. Overall I highly recommend the dealership for sales, inventory and personnel. More

I recommend Chris Greiner for his high level of professionalism during my last visit to Millennium Hyundai. He is extremely polite, I didn't feel any pressure and I had a great experience working professionalism during my last visit to Millennium Hyundai. We were going to see the actual car in the back of the lot but instead of us walking in the cold he drove the car to us. That is extremely thoughtful of him. I was so close in closing the deal but in the end I didn't buy the car from Millennium Hyundai due to negative experience from the finance and upper management. I feel bad for Chris that he didn't get the credit for his hard work. Hopefully his management will see what a great employee they have there. I only recommend this dealership because of Chris Greiner's high level of professionalism. Keith More
this is a very SKETCHY outfit! went to lease a new car..deal was made and money charged to our credit account. Car was supposed to be delivered at a certain date in a desired color and never was. the car..deal was made and money charged to our credit account. We later got the vehicle at another dealership which they claim they called but never did! Beware of the sales people and management at this particular dealership! More
Chris Greiner was my salesperson. I just want to let you know that I never experienced a more pleasant car buying experience than with Chris. He was professional and courteous, polite and educated and most know that I never experienced a more pleasant car buying experience than with Chris. i called in for some information regarding getting into a new lease of a hyundai elantra. i was not sure in between choosing leasing and financing i called and spoke to a representative kielle blackman she e new lease of a hyundai elantra. i was not sure in between choosing leasing and financing i called and spoke to a representative kielle blackman she explained to me that leasing is not as cut and dry as it is to purchase a vehicle so suggested i come in and speak to a representative. i came in and was introduced to rob he was very warm and welcoming took me on a test drive of the vehicle and explained to me the coupe may be a better choice for me. I met with the manager everyone was very warm and welcoming and i did not feel pressured at all i would recommend millennium to any one my experience was great. More
Back in mid January, we went to Millennium Hyundai in Hempstead and met with Robert Coley. Robert started off very nice but then he became very rude, angry and unpleasant to speak to. Robert had taken my license to run all of the necessary things. Once presented with the price etc., we decided that we wanted to continue to shop around. Robert then refused to give me my license back and we needed to have a manager come over. Robert then threw the license on the desk and threw his hands in the air. Professionalism out the window. In June of 2012, I went to Millennium Hyundai to lease my first car. When I first left the dealership, everything was fine. However throughout the past 8 months, I've had nothing but trouble with them! When first car. When I first left the dealership, everything was fine. When working up my deal, I was told I would receive a $400 discount for being a college graduate however was never given the discount. From August through November I spent hours on the phone trying to get in contact anyone at the dealership. I would call and leave a message with the person "I needed to talk to" and be promised I'd be called back by the end of the day. I would never receive that call. I would then call back the next day and be told that "the person I needed to talk to" was off that day and I should call another time. I've spent hours on hold, been hung up on and completely ignored. Since then, I've taken this matter to corporate Hyundai who is also having trouble getting in contact with the dealership. After 8 months, it is ridiculous that I'm still pursuing this matter! This dealership made what should be an exciting and fun experience, purchasing my first car, into a nightmare! I would not recommend this dealership! More
I was just coming in to look at a new SUV....but, as I was looking at the prices they were a lot more than I had seen online. Max gently persuaded me to look at some other models. I was hesitant, but I test drove the Elantra GLS & the GT models. I unexpectedly loved both. During our conversation I mentioned to him I had planned at looking at other manafacturers & other dealers, but I would definately keep Millenium in the forefront. Max wasn't pushy at all....but convinced me to purchase the car that day....a great price....warranty & servicing.....and a beautiful car......how could I refuse?
