My elderly relative went to Millenium Hyundai to purchase a car. Reggie Drumgold took advantage of his age and good nature and got him to sign a contract that added over $3000 in costs above the MSRP to the a car. He also lied about the financing rates and charged outrageous interest. We had to go back to the dealership and after much arguing and fighting for 3 hours, removed much of the extra total expenses and financing charges. He then replaced some of the charges with other "Dealer Admin" fees that weren't there before. This caused us to spend another visit for 2 more hours to go through the paper work all over again. STAY AWAY from Millenium Hyundai and Reggie Drumgold !! He was very rude, unprofessional, aggressive and is a scam artist! If you want a good deal for a Hyundai car, go somewhere else --because you will only be scammed and disappointed at this place More
Rude. Held my car for 7 days with constant phone calls to her and FRED, they were always unavailable neither one knew what the other was doing. I live 300 miles away, stuck in a hotel for 6 days and they di her and FRED, they were always unavailable neither one knew what the other was doing. Wouldnt buy a bicycle from this dealership, they should be ashamed of themselves. More
I have never been treated so poorly by a car dealership in my life. The lack of respect for the customer is just beyond belief. When a customer explains the problem with a car, they should listen. I am a Hyundai customer for the last 8 years when I bought my first Sonata (at a dealership in NYC). The visit to this dealer was so much more pleasant. They really went out of their way to show me t bought my first Sonata (at a dealership in NYC). The visit to this dealer was so much more pleasant. They really went out of their way to show me the car(s) I wanted to see and worked within my budget. Though I wanted to go to other dealerships to see what I would find... I was sold on the new 2013 Sonata SE 2.0T... I love it!!! I pray I am as lucky with this car as I was with my 2004 Sonata. More
had new car 32 days. warning light for tire was on , called for appointment, Fred wanted me to wait three days for appointment, said they were too busy. After visiting several other dealers over the last week or so, (Nissan, random lots, etc.), and not having much luck, we visited Millennium Hyundai in our search for a quality used auto. Well, we found it at Edwin's store. We purchased a 2000 Elantra, and now after having the car a few weeks, we are quite satisfied with our purchase. Our FIRST stop in our search for a car should have been Millennium Hyundai, we could have saved ourselves a lot of wasted time! We were very comfortable working with Edwin. He sold us a vehicle that I am quite happy with, without being pushy. I do not like pushy! In the near future when we are ready to buy a new vehicle, we will come directly to Millennium Hyundai, and ask for Edwin. More
I came in with not so great of credit after coming from there competition Honda n Toyota millennium who lied to me from the start which i did not appreciate...The service here was very Friendly from the mi there competition Honda n Toyota millennium who lied to me from the start which i did not appreciate...The service here was very Friendly from the min i walked in the door...Joe C. help me find the right car with my bad credit which was amazing..Joe C was honest and straight to the point he didn't hide anything from me as we walked me through all the step being how inpatient i am....sorry Joe! :) couldn't be happier and to top it all off i got it for a price i can afford with out a problem so its gonna help me fix my credit....Reggie the Finance Guy as i call him it awesome...he is by far the most busy man i have ever met..but he gets the job done n get it done well...ever need a guy to work numbers for you....that is your guy! Gerorge well she is just a good guy all around and makes sure that everything goes through and Geroge helped out finding the car as well....Thank you to everyone that helped me yesterday it was a great experience i will be sending anyone i know that is looking for a car your way no worries! We purchased 2 cars, the Elantra and the Genesis...we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and allowed to look around without any pressure. Both Eric and Joe walked us around the complete inventory, which was enormous, and allowed us to see the colors, options and interiors up close and personal. There was no fooling around and they gave us the best price from the beginning. This is the way purchasing a car should be. Reggie the finance manager had all the paper completed and organized. We signed our names on the highlighted lines and we were done. There was no high pressure sales pitch for after market add ons which was greatly appreciated. We did purchase the spare tire for the Elantra because we felt it was a necessity. The service manager, Bob, introduced himself and made us feel comfortable about having our service done at the dealership. Overall I highly recommend the dealership for sales, inventory and personnel. More
