My car was taken in immediately to be serviced and I was kindly informed of the maintenance schedule and given recommendations of what to address during that visit by Jadira. She was very courteous and I observed how she also handled other customers, keeping them updated on the progress of their cars and apologizing for any inconveniences. I was in and out very quickly and was extremely pleased with the overall service, especially on a Monday which tends to be a busy day. More

I felt they went out of their way to offer me prompt courteous service. Most important to me was the cost of the service. Manny was especially fair in determining this aspect. He was empowered to make decisions based on the circumstances and not just quote the company (usually very high) cost of services. WORST SERVICE…. RIP OFF… RUDE I asked fro a quote to get 3 different services done. They tell me this package includes all 3 services that I want for a cheaper price. At the end I find out that they want to charge me sperately for the services. They wanted to take advantage of me. They went back took away the services they did. When speaking to the manager he said he can't do anything and that his employees would never offer me that package. He ran away to his office and never came back. He wouldn't even answer the phone. Stay FARRRRRR away from this place. These people are NASTY and RUDE. They will take all your money and they run a HUGE SCAM. More
Bad business VIsited this dealership and was interested in a pre-owned vehicle. We put $100 deposit on the car that we were told by both the salesperson and manager that was fully refundable if we did not choose to buy the vehicle - this was simply to hold the car a few days. When we went back, we discussed some previous damage to the car as the salesperson pulled the car out of the spot, he damaged the rims even further by scraping the tires/rims against the curb. When we pointed this out he told us "it's ok, it's a used car." Needless to stay, we didn't purchase the car and then we're told that the money would take a few days to be refunded and processed. I waited for the money to be refunded for a week, and had to call the dealership twice. Both times a receptionist took my info and said a manager would call back. They never did so I had to file a claim with my bank. I called back to tell them about this and that I was going to report it so that it wouldn't happen to others and a manager still wouldn't get on the phone with me. Terrible salesperson and bad business in general. Don't give them your business. More

Willie was very professional, taking his time to get the best deal possible for me. Also, after I purchased the car, he was very patient explaining all the different features on the vehicle. Very friendly but when it got down to prices they pulled major scams changing the #s multiple times. They were also trying to get our credit card before any negotiations in order to force a transaction with major scams changing the #s multiple times. Unresponsive...I asked them not to perform a service, which they did. Then broke my radio, had to come back when parts available, library CD was missing when radio was replaced. After 50 phone calls to follow up I visited with the invoice from library for $30 (which has locked my account); that particular person never heard of my issue. After being informed I would be called, I was never called (never after each 50 times I called) until yesterday, after I filed complaint with BBB. They said there was no CD. The other 4 are in the case in my car...the missing one? Never existed, really? More

They talk a good game, they will trick you into trusting them just to get your signature and once they do, they will take full advantage of you. Maybe I was a bit naive, being this was my first experience with a dealership rather than a private sale, but I was taken for a ride by this dealership, and I really hope they dont do this to anyone else.....
