He is so kind, patient, understanding, and great conversation while I waited through the process and you can tell he is all about family and I loved that. He made sure I was ok, he offered coffee, hot chocolate, soda and water. The sales manager Nikki she is awesome, she will go the extra mile to make sure the sale goes smooth and everything is what you wanted. Even the other associate all kept asking me if I was okay and if I needed anything. I would recommend if you are looking to lease or purchase a vehicle check them out. I am loving my Tuscon. More
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Millennium Hyundai. I have had my car for less than a month, and it already started smoking and broke down on me. When I tried to return the car, the Millennium Hyundai. I have had my car for less than a month, and it already started smoking and broke down on me. When I tried to return the car, the sales manager refused, stating I couldn't return the vehicle. Attempts to speak with the general manager have been repeatedly stonewalled, likely because they knew they sold me a vehicle with numerous issues. My car has now been at the dealership for more than three weeks, and communication with the service department has been abysmal. I receive no updates, and was initially told it was one issue. However, after I threatened to have another mechanic check the car, they suddenly found another issue. It seems like no one is willing to help. As a single mother raising my daughter alone, the sales team was aware of my situation, and I feel they took advantage of me. I want to return the car because I know it will continue to have problems. I will never purchase from this dealership again. They are scammers who will sell you a defective car. Avoid them at all costs. More
