Terrible experience… I went in planning to buy a used car for my company with cash, but noticed their 0% financing offer. I thought, why not—if the loan is free, I’ll just buy a new one. I test-drove a P car for my company with cash, but noticed their 0% financing offer. I thought, why not—if the loan is free, I’ll just buy a new one. I test-drove a Palisade but later decided it was too big, so I returned to look at a smaller model. The salesperson I’d spoken with wasn’t there, and another guy took over. He offered me a $50,000 deal at 0% APR for 60 months. I agreed without negotiating—free loan, fine. They asked for a $500 “temporary deposit,” saying others were interested in the car. I paid. Then came hours of waiting, endless document requests, and pointless back-and-forth. At one point they rejected a savings account statement that had three times the value of the car, claiming it “didn’t show income.” When I explained the business revenue comes through Square, they didn’t even know what that was. Every step, they made things more difficult. Finally, after wasting my entire day, they told me the car was ready. Papers were printed. First page: 650 credit score, 11% interest. I told them my score was over 800. The security questions on the credit report weren’t even mine. I said, “This is not my report.” They pushed me to sign anyway. That was the final straw—I tore up the paperwork and left. For two weeks they spammed me with texts about “better offers.” Eventually they claimed they could do $1,000 off plus 0% APR. When I double-checked the numbers, they suddenly changed the sticker price and loan term. They couldn’t even keep track of their own lies. To this day, my $500 deposit has not been refunded, despite me asking at least 50 times. They keep stringing me along, still trying to sell me something I never agreed to. I’ve never wasted so much time and energy on a purchase—especially considering I didn’t even negotiate and accepted their original offer. In the end, they tried to push me into 11% instead of 0%. And magically, weeks later, without me providing any new documents, I “qualified” for 0% again. This place is dishonest, unprofessional, and a nightmare to deal with. Stay away. More
Our experience at Millenium Hyundai was very good, Our rep, Vincent was professional and very informative. Our only issue was that we were recommended to replace our filter on our 2024 truck with 3500 mi rep, Vincent was professional and very informative. Our only issue was that we were recommended to replace our filter on our 2024 truck with 3500 miles on it. This is ridiculous when the car has that low mileage. Clearly a manufacturing issue to last that short a time., if true. A quoted cost of $189.00. we did not complete. It was suggested that it depended on driving conditions?? Hyundai must review the absurdity of this requested service and immediately fix this issue or face declining sales. Please respond with the real answer on when this will fail. On a three year lease allowing 10k per year means this will have to be replaced 8+ time during the lease at a cost of $1500? Not depending a driving location or conditions. More
