She accommodated me with prioritizing transportation with a loaner car as I waited for my vehicle to be completed with a mechanical fix. She understood that the customer deserves the benefit of the doubt and was empathetic to my circumstances. She always had a smile and a polite demeanor. More
Disgraceful This dealership bullied me into an elongated timeframe using various tactics including unresponsiveness, overpromising and lies. Fact: The car was not being worked on when they said it was. When called out about this, I was personally disrespected by workers. It was a horrific episode. They also quoted an astronomical initial quote that was reduced significantly in quick fashion demonstrating that they over charged initially. I noticed that all of my change was missing from my change holder in the car, but I figured why complain if someone needed that $3.50 that badly. However, it did strike a nerve when my "hidden" $10 roll of quarters inside my center console that I use for metered parking was also missing. My car wasn't there for a center cosole repair. They also bullied about the reviews on this page. If this dealership represents Honda and can remain in business while treating customers so poorly then I don't want anything to do with Honda anymore and neither should you. More
