My service advisor Steven murillo is the worse advisor ever. He messed up my brakes and now they need to be replaced as soon as possible because I got a little loud with him. I couldn't get a loaner because he was lying to me saying "we got no cars", and not only that Steven had my car for one whole week for an hour job. This evaluation is coming from a very LOYAL Honda customer (1978 Accord, 1982 Prelude, 1995 Accord Sport, 2012 Accord Sport V6, the latter which I purchased from Millennium Honda) who has never used customer (1978 Accord, 1982 Prelude, 1995 Accord Sport, 2012 Accord Sport V6, the latter which I purchased from Millennium Honda) who has never used the Honda Service Department until now. And the reason for that?? GREG ANDREWS!! Because of him, I ONLY have my car serviced at Millennium Honda. Greg is very professional, is always available for guidance and advice, and always gives me exceptional service. He responds quickly to all my phone calls, greets me personally and makes sure my service is efficiently completed on time. What a manager!! And an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is SO good, that my husband, a loyal Toyota customer, bought his 2017 Honda Touring, because of Greg, and Millennium Honda is where it gets serviced, just like me!. Svc Rep Mat at Hempstead Millennium Honda, was the worst, I was greeted with ‘what are you here for’ as he reared back in his chair with his arms folded. I’ve been going here for 14 years, never have I expe I was greeted with ‘what are you here for’ as he reared back in his chair with his arms folded. I’ve been going here for 14 years, never have I experienced such rudeness. Then he told me I would have to leave my car, they would not get anywhere near my car today, It was 2:00 pm. Over the years, I gone there much later than that and didn’t have to leave my car. Very disappointed in the service today. He should not be dealing with customers. May 4, 2021 went to bring the car back to the dealership cause of a recall . Not a good experience. I got to the dealership at 730AM , they told me it would be ready in 2.5 hours. My rep Mr Romo. said that its not ready yet after 3 hours. I told him that i will be waiting for the car cause i had no transportation to get home . So basically for three hours they did not even open my hood to fix the recall . I just cannot believe this is happening to me again, cause in 2019 i had another bad experience, where they kept my car for 5 days and did nothing to it . It is obvious that they don’t care about handicapped people.I walk with a leg brace and crutches . I request to get my car back so I can go home to take my meds. Spoke to Mr. Marcello Gloria again, he said he was very sorry. I walked over to the main office asked to speak to the manager Ravel E Meja, they quickly said “oh he is in a meeting” . Secretary took my name and number. Mr. Meja never called back . So this manager was in a meeting all day ? right . I can tell that Mr. Marcelo Gloria really had no excuse for not fixing my car within the time frame .. May 5, 2021 I called and asked for Mr Meja , they he is still in a meeting . Service Department - . I called on Wednesday about an oil leak was having , for it to be dropped off at to be looked at on Thursday . I called back at 1:30 with Ms. Munoz and she stated she was speaking with mechanic and will call me back in about 30 minutes. I was fine with her response and patiently awaited her. call. At 4:10 pm , I called back and asked to speak with the service advisor , she stated that she waiting on the mechanic to get back to her . I ask it this was acceptable, because when we last spoke I was told you speaking with mechanic . So I asked has my car been looked at ? should I just pick it up. She went on to say you going to write another negative review. So I asked " the review I wrote prior has no bearing on today's issue so why are you bringing it up? Also when my husband dropped off the car you questioned him about me and the review I wrote . I asked to be transfered to a manager and she proceeds to say , oh you going to write a review like last time . Again I asked to speak to manager . She transfered me to random number. I called back to request to speak to the manager so I can change the service advisor and to find out the status of my car. I am patiently waiting for a call from the manager.
