I have had bad experiences with Honda car service with their prolonged wait time. Tom was not only extremely helpful, but showed sympathy and understanding towards issues with my vehicle and my prior expe their prolonged wait time. We had a bumpy experience buying our pre-owned Accord from Millennium Honda. We were very inconvenienced by an issue with the car as soon as we drove it home.
