Tom is the reason why I have my car back today after a very long wait for the part to be obtain. I remember when I walked in last Friday and asked for Tom Holmes and like 4-5 persons sat there doing nothing and all someone said was he might be in his office. No one helped until I called Tom K to intervene. Customer service needs some improvement. Tom K also ensured that I received a loaner vehicle as well. My valet was also helpful. I have been waiting from November to January for a part for my car that was under warranty. That was way too long!!! Didn’t know I had that much patience! Kudos to Tom K again for ensuring that the car was worked on speedily after the part arrived. Thank you More
They rotated my tires, but didn't make sure the low tire pressure light was off. I got in the car and had a warning light on. Seems like a fairly simple thing to do to avoid negative feedback from a custome pressure light was off. I got in the car and had a warning light on. Tom K was an excellent help when I took my car for service. He checked out everything I discussed with him and called me immediately when my car was ready to be picked up.
