I dropped off my car for the 5th time because of a noise I dropped off my car for the 5th time because of a noise on the front left side of my 2008 Accord ( i ve been there w the same problem 4 times before I dropped off my car for the 5th time because of a noise on the front left side of my 2008 Accord ( i ve been there w the same problem 4 times before , they couldnt find anything "wrong " with the car....) , state inspection, etc.... They FIND the problem this time! it was the suspension in the front left side. When I went to pick my car after a few days there was an extra 48 MILES on it. When I asked Steve B. he said its impossible, nobody drove the car 48 miles.... I was 100% sure about the miles on my car before I dropped it off. So he told me he ll talk to his manager and he will call me. After 10 minutes he calls to tell me that the manager knows about it and they will try to do everything possible to find out what happened. I thought I give a call to the manager, Matt, he was totally clueless about the situation, but he said he ll look after it. In a a half an hour i received a phone call from Steve stating that he was sorry , he was the one who drove my car, he took it home because he had no loner car to go home with. MY car for his own PERSONAL use! The car that I pay for!!!!! So i said go talk to your manager tell him what you did, I ll be there in 30 min and we figure out something. I arrive , Matt is telling me how shocked he is about what Steve did, meanwhile Steve is apologizing.... then Matt leaves the room, comes back and turns everything around . He turn to Steve to ask " well didn't you take the car because it was making noise and you were test driving it ?" Steve said " NO" "I took it for my own personal use" ......... So all I asked them to reimburse me for that 470$ that I just payed earlier in the morning for all the work they did, and to give me free service for 1 year. Matt said he cant do it because than he has to go to the big boss and he ll fire Steve. And I told them when I got there to talk to both of them , that I really dont want to get Steve fired, he messed it up big time, but I dont want to do any bad for anybody even tho he would ve deserved it! So Matt said we have to figure it together ( me and Steve) whats going to happen. Steve offered that he ll pay the 470$ and he ll give me free oil change for my car + husbands car. I said ok..... He didnt had cash to give it to me, so he asked me if i can take him to his bank which was 15 min away. I said I cant because I have to be at work in 30 min have no time, but he can give me the money the next day. He said sure , and he is sorry etc... Later on I received a phone call from Matt that Steve wont give no money tomorrow because first they will go to the boss and discuss what happened. I m not sure what they ll come with tomorrow but for sure they want to make up some GOOD lie and say it to the big boss... Please people if you want to leave your car there over night write down the mileage before, who know how many times they did it before and people usually dont pay attention to it when they pick up their cars. Im very very curios what are they gonna come up tomorrow ... Im still in shock! People trust the HONDA Dealer and this is what they do to you ! They f*** you over! Learned my lesson! More
For the person who wrote this: (cut off on the bottom to write my response) We contacted the dealerships, Internet representative in ref. to purchasing a CRV-Ex with a trade utilizing the governments, "C write my response) We contacted the dealerships, Internet representative in ref. to purchasing a CRV-Ex with a trade utilizing the governments, "Clunker Program". It was late Sunday afternoon when I received a call from Paul, he assured me that he would be waiting for my wife to come to dealership to close a deal on a 2009 CRV-EX. Upon arrival at the dealership Paul was nowhere to be found. My wife and my son called me to inform me that they had ended the Clunker Program. I requested to speak to the sales manager on the telephone. This young man named Mike gets on the phone in a very condesecending manner begins to mock our tardiness.I expressed my discontent with his behavior and a verbal altercation ensued. My son tells me that he wanted my son to step out into the street so he could engage in a physical fight with him. Then mike tells me on the phone to come down to the dealeship that he and his crew are going to "tune me up",This guy starts sounding like if he is either John Gotti or Tony Suprano. Let me say this, try to meet this little s*it. I've had 3 verbal fights with him so far over his screwing with my deals. I'm calling the BBB once again on this pr*ck and his stupid "managing" at a dealership. Please.....I'm shocked as you are that they are still in business with him as the leader of a pack larger then his own physical appearance. I would of had the cops there for him threatening you. He wouldn't of been in that place after that night if he made ONE threat to bring my son outside to fight it out. What a loser. He probably got picked on in school as a kid. More

Came back next day to pick up the car and found out that the service' STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER !!! I dropped off my car for service on 4/10/09. Came back next day to pick up the car and found out that the service's guy didn't lock the doors when he parked my car outside. Someone got in my car that night, went through my stuff, took my GPS + my car's registration, insurance IDs. The theft left the car's doors open and the rain wet the driver's side. I called Don Stone, Service Director, for 3 days straight and finally I got the answer. He said he was not responsible for anything happen. I couldn'd believe their Service Director said that to me without a word of sorry for my lost. They kept the car and key but didn't take any responsible for it ?!?! One more thing, one of the the reason I brought my car back for a service is because they did a NY inspection last year gave me a sticker without a punch to indicate expiration date. So, I had to brought the car back to have this issue corrected. Then I lost more stuff there. More
TRULY PATHETIC. The service people know nothing about TRULY PATHETIC. The service people know nothing about customer service. They are rude and do not return calls even when they promise they will. T TRULY PATHETIC. The service people know nothing about customer service. They are rude and do not return calls even when they promise they will. The work done was shoddy and hurried - - - the problem with the steering is still there, even after $650 worth of work. I now have to take it to a different mechanic to determine if the work was done correctly. Save yourself tons of aggravation and avoid this place. More

I went to on 01/25/09 to get my car repaired. I was greeted by a disgruntled gentleman by the name of Eric Ellis. I informed Mr. Ellis I wanted to have an oil change and my brakes repaired. Mr.Ellis ca greeted by a disgruntled gentleman by the name of Eric Ellis. I informed Mr. Ellis I wanted to have an oil change and my brakes repaired. Mr.Ellis called around 9:45am advising me that my car was finished. Mr. Ellis stated that i need to change my oil pan and I needed a timing belt. I proceeded and asked Mr. Ellis what was an oil pan and he stated "Exactly what I just told you". I think that was rude and disrespectful. Mr.Ellis then hung up on me. I have been dealing with Honda for the last 8 yrs. Why should I recommend this dealership to anyone. More
They are the rudest & most inefficient dealership I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. After months of arguments over petty problems I terminated my lease 9 months early & purchased a MiniCooperS ever had the pleasure of dealing with. After months of arguments over petty problems I terminated my lease 9 months early & purchased a MiniCooperS b/c I did not want to continue funding this company with my hard earned money. I was a 10 year Honda customer & in am atter of 2 year was completely soured by there treatment of thier customers. I even heard one of there service managers tell another customer she was having brake issue b/c she drove her car into a swamp??? (on Long island - not likely!!). Run for your life!!!! You'd have better luck speaking with an elephant than dealing with these clowns! More
Make you feel like your going to have a bad experience the minute you walk in. Had a transmission replaced in my 2002 Odyssey in March and have not felt the same about this dealership and Honda.
