Sensor light repair I got in my car after work Monday afternoon. I noticed my SRS sensor was lit on my dashboard. I called for an appointment and they got me in the foll I got in my car after work Monday afternoon. I noticed my SRS sensor was lit on my dashboard. I called for an appointment and they got me in the following morning at 7:00 AM. Mark was very friendly, greeted me with a smile and told me that he would call me as soon as he knew what the issue was. He called me at 8:20 AM to tell me that the sensor needed to be changed, and that they did not have the sensor in stock. He told me that he would go himself to get the sensor so that I could have the service completed today. He was true to his word and I appreciate his efforts More

I brought my car in for it"s first service needing an oil change and rotated tires. the service was explained to me so that i understood and was comfortable in knowing my car was being serviced proper an oil change and rotated tires. the service was explained to me so that i understood and was comfortable in knowing my car was being serviced properly and kept in good condition. My entire experience with this dealership was pleasant. I was addressed promptly. The wait time was very reasonable about an hour which seemed to go quick since the waiting area was very inviting and clean. The check out was quick as well. Harris Cabrera explained again what would be due at next service and the young women at check out were very friendly. i have to also say they are always very courteous on the phone when making an appt. Glad I chose a honda and your dealership for service. More
I had locked my key in the trunk of my car by accident and I called Millenium. Frank Trotta got on the phone and was an absolute pleasure. Later, I came back and he had the key programmed for the car so that I would have a spare key. He was so easy to work with and extremely helpful. Living in New York during the winter can be harsh on all vehicles with the snow, salt/sand & pot holes. I planned to travel by car and pulled in to the service center without an appointment just to have my vehicles with the snow, salt/sand & pot holes. I planned to travel by car and pulled in to the service center without an appointment just to have my tires, tire pressure & TPMS checked. The worst thing for a female driver to happen on a long trip is a flat tire or a break down of any sort. I also needed a refresher on my remote control starter. Mark was very patient & understanding. Then he checked my oil gauge and recommended an oil change since I was going out of town. Good thing he did, my oil life was at approx. 30%. I would've needed a change when I returned from my trip anyway. It's nice to be able to pull in to a service center without an appointment and to be taken care of in under an hour. Thank you Mark!! After bringing in my 2007 Honda Odyssey to re-set the pin for my GPS, Mark Skawinski drove my car and noticed a "thunk" when he hit the gas. Of course, I didn't notice it and he recommended that I bring it for my GPS, Mark Skawinski drove my car and noticed a "thunk" when he hit the gas. Of course, I didn't notice it and he recommended that I bring it back in to get the motor mount looked at. Of course I did just that and it was repaired as well as a cracked drive belt. So glad that Mark took the time to explain what the issue was to me in person and then over the phone to describe the repairs needed. If the drive belt broke, I could have lost my steering while driving-that is horrible. Needless to say I am grateful for his insight and expertise. I was in and out as promised, everyone at service center is polite and friendly. As a matter of fact we just recently leased a brand new 2014 Honda CRV for my daughter because of their good service. I would recommend purchasing and service from them. More

I've purchased my Honda Odessey at Millennium Honda and been very happy since. They are completely kind and knowledgeable unlike P.S. Honda of Manhasset. Each time I was slipped in for service on a Sat and been very happy since. They are completely kind and knowledgeable unlike P.S. Honda of Manhasset. Each time I was slipped in for service on a Saturday or Sunday I would be greeted respectfully and tended expeditiously. The waiting rooms are immaculate. Coffee and tea options are endless while my children gets entertained with tv and/or reading. Mark Skawinski YOU ROCK!!! Thank you for having my Honda clean and making my day!!!! More
On 2/8/14 I took my 2005 Honda Civic for much needed service. While my civic has served my daughter and I well, I have been contemplating needing a new car (SUV) to meet our needs. I was met initially by Guy who was a stellar gentleman, kind and professional who referred by to Maveita. Maveita provided knowledgable, progrofessioal, and excellent service. She even made sure my fidgety 6 year old daughter was comfy and made sure she had a warm cup of coa coa. Maveita was attentive to my needs,and was honest about how and what she is able to do to. Honestly if I may not have felt confident and sure about my choice to transition if it weren't for Maveita. Maveita is a stellar saleswoman, focused and dedicated. Thanks to Moveita, my daughter and I are enjoying our 2014 CRV, not to mention we love the color (Blue). Moveita even took the time to call me a to make sure I was satisfied, and she did not forget to tell me to tell my daughter hello. I nominate Moveita as"The saleswoman of the year". She is an asset to the company, approachable, believable, and real. Thank you again Mavieta. I can't leave out Guy who was amazing, he took the time to provide in prompt to shuttle service to my home (To get a document) from Hempstead to Copiague), to complete a sale, and even stopped to McDonalds to ensure my daughter had lunch before we were on our way. WOW! Now that is a day well spent, with quality stellar service!!. More
