We were immediately checked in by service advisor, Mark S., and given a comfortable place to w I recently took our Odyssey in for a broken DVD player. We were immediately checked in by service advisor, Mark S., and given a comfortable place to wait for our car. I was with my 2 year old daughter and was a little nervous about the possibility of a long wait. Mark had us in and out of there 20 minutes faster than the time he originally quoted us (90 minutes) and one of the representatives was even nice enough to give my daughter some crayons and a coloring book while we waited! Thank you all at Milllennium for making our service visit so pleasant and quick! More
