New Odyssey purchased in '02..When dealer was FKA Neil Honda..Sales staff was good to their word on delivery of car. Since then however ,all was downhill !Upon several visits Service dept. not able to rep Honda..Sales staff was good to their word on delivery of car. Since then however ,all was downhill !Upon several visits Service dept. not able to repair rattles in doors,rattles in windows,.Was told rattles in such large windows and doors are normal..Recently a service visit for a fluctuating idle condition was ignored as non existant per service manager...Service dept. is small,antiquated,congested,slow,unfriendly..AVOID THIS DEALER More
