servicing Honda for regular oil change clean waiting area, table and chair to eat my breakfast, Claritza Munoz explained the paper work and the cost. wait time should be two hours( for a clean waiting area, table and chair to eat my breakfast, Claritza Munoz explained the paper work and the cost. wait time should be two hours( for a early Saturday visit. Wait time was shorter by a half hour. upon getting my car back. Found plastic on drivers seat and paper floor mat. Car was clean inside and had that new car drive after service. Thankyou Honda More

Soooo much better than expected I went in for service for a recall. I had not been to a dealer for service in a long time. I requested a loaner so I could leave the car for the day I went in for service for a recall. I had not been to a dealer for service in a long time. I requested a loaner so I could leave the car for the day expecting it to take more time than I was told. I was very pleasantly surprised. There was no line. Paul Mosca, at the desk, was extremely energetic and friendly. He greeted me is such a positive way, it changed my expectations from the minute I got there. I would also like to say, I first went to the wrong department (sign indicated service and parts) and the gentlemen there was friendly and responsive in directing me. Paul said he could get me out of there in an hour or less. It would take about 20minutes to set up the loaner and suggested I wait. He made it easy to say "yes". I was done in less than an hour and am glad to write this review about the great experience. More
