Requested job was not done and got charged for that. Went to the dealership in April 14th and explained what job need to be done on my car. There three items was on my list . And I got charged for $471 Went to the dealership in April 14th and explained what job need to be done on my car. There three items was on my list . And I got charged for $471.00. According to the service advisor I came to know all requested job was done. I made the payment and left from the dealership but on my way i noticed that still I have the same issue what I had before. Following morning I went back to the dealership and I wanted to contact with mechanic who did the job. And the mechanic confirmed that he did two job which was he changed all the spark plug and replace the drive belt. Then I asked him what about the other job that is "fuel system clean up" and he said he didn't work on that. Then I went back to the service advisor and asked why the requested job was not done and I got charged for it? And the answer was from him " the mechanic didn't know that but he did the job." Yesterday I went to another dealership and asked for the same service and they did it and my problem is over now. And they confirmed this job was never done before. This is how mellinium Honda is cheated their customer to make money. I tried to contact service manager of mellinium Honda but failed to contact even after leaving a voice he didn't call me back yet. Finally I made a report to American Honda and they filed a case. So for other customers like me please if you are there for any job and before you make payment you should check with mechanics for job which was listed. More
