Ultimate Service!!! Steven was my service representative and he was Fantastic. He insured that I was updated with the status of my car via phone. He ordered me a shuttle bus to the mall so I didn't have to wait in the service center. In addition to that he went out his way to come pick me up so I didn't have to take a cab back...wow! Claritza was on point! ...She wanted to make sure our vehicle was properly assessed and that it was safe for all our passengers, suggesting that we leave the car to make sure the work was done right away Providing great customer service, Claritza suggested we get dropped off at home and not have to wait in the waiting room for a couple of hours, concerned for our comfort, arranging round-trip Honda transportation for us..Claritza was very attentive, friendly, professional and thorough as she wrote up the work details and also checked to see what work was covered under warranty, which is always appreciated. Her attention to detail is appreciated and makes her a great asset to the Honda Millennium Service Team under the leadership of Service Manager, Greg Andrews.
