Taking Advantage of women customers Took in my Honda 2012 for inspection and to have the AC checked. Was told I needed the 15,000 miles maintenance. Told him no don't think so as my daug Took in my Honda 2012 for inspection and to have the AC checked. Was told I needed the 15,000 miles maintenance. Told him no don't think so as my daughter already had things done to the car and that I would have her call him. She did call and told him she had the oil and filter changed less than a month ago and that we didn't need the 15k maintance. She was told she had to change 1 of her tires before they would give her the sticker for the inspection. The cost 192.00 with alignment. She agreed.... to both of our dismal the bill was over 1200.00 dlrs. When questioned your service clerk claimed I wanted it. No I specifically told him my daughter would call and discuss what was to be done. We were charged for topping off oil and windshield wiper fluids. Every litthe thing we were charged for. NOW I MAYBE A 65 YEAR OLD WOMAN, BUT I AM NOT DUMB, SENILE OR STUPID. WHY WOULD I NEED A 15,000 MILES MAINTENANCE ON A CAR THAT IS OVER 100,000 MILES. I DEMAND A REFUND FOR THAT MAINTENANCE. YOU AT MILLENNIUM HONDA GIVE THE OTHER MILLENNIUM SERVICE DEPARTMENT'S A BAD NAME. WHY CAN'T YOU PEOPLE BE LIKE YOUR TOYOTA SERVICE DEPT. THIS IS NOT OVER!!!!! More

5 star service !!!!! 2nd time bringing my car in for a tire light. I was so frustrated because everytime they would just "recalibrate the system" and swear to me that it 2nd time bringing my car in for a tire light. I was so frustrated because everytime they would just "recalibrate the system" and swear to me that it was a computer problem. As u can understand I'm a mother of 2 It would not be fun to get stuck with my kids. I knew there was something wrong i expressed my aggravation towards Esther my service advisor explained to her the situation and she Imediately told me to bring the car back in that she would make sure it would be taking care of! And she did! honestly went above and behond calling my warranty company before i even got there, getting me a loaner for the inconvenience even got the manger Steve involved. I ended up getting my car fixed within a few hours. Picked up my car the next morning. Definitely will return to get my vehicle serviced at Millennium Honda! Thank you Estherlin and Steve. More
