Well-satisfied with Paul's Customer Service. Had problem with previous visit when service people could not locate my key. Didn't reflect very well on the center at that time. He offered the multi-check and explained what is done and the time to do it. His explanation of the process and the approximate repair time was easy to understand and accurate. When my car was ready, he tracked me down in the waiting area and checked to ensure that my car was parked outside. He was extremely pleasant and efficient. More

Horrible service I went there to have a tire fixed because it kept losing air really quickly and she made me wait 3 hrs for nothing. After 2 hrs She said they couldn't I went there to have a tire fixed because it kept losing air really quickly and she made me wait 3 hrs for nothing. After 2 hrs She said they couldn't find a leak and that i was lying about the tire losing air. I asked her to please look at it again and she lied and said she would but really she just walked awaay, had me waiting there an extra hr and when i looked out the window i could see nobody had touched or moved my car at all since i last spoke to her. After. An hr i walked up to the desk to ask her whats going on and she lied to me and said they double checked and its fine. She was refusing to acknowledge my ongoing, very frustrating problem. This is the 3rd time ive had to go down there since i bought the car. I went down to mavis afterwards for a 2nd opinion and they found the problem in 10 min. A nail in the tire. Dont go to millenium. They dont know what theyre doing, dont care about the customers, and will waste lots of your time over a minor problem. I wont go to them ever again. More
