Rip Off / Scammer My wife took her 2011 CRV into Millennium Honda to have the power steering unit checked. The power steering pump was making a loud knocking noise when My wife took her 2011 CRV into Millennium Honda to have the power steering unit checked. The power steering pump was making a loud knocking noise whenever the steering wheel was turned. They took the car for a test ride, inspected the pump, and told my wife the noise was normal. My wife purchased this vehicle new, and it never made this noise before. It wasn't making this noise a week ago. So she knew it wasn't normal, and Millennium Honda was giving her false information. The service representative recomended that they flush the unit, which might lessen the noise. My wife agreed to have the unit flushed, and she was charged $162.00.., and still had the same noise. I called Millennium to speak to the service manager (Steve), who was no help at all. My wife and I took the vehicle to an auto repair shop. Upon checking the power steering unit, the mechanic stated right away that the power steering pump was bad, and had to be replaced. Millennium Honda ripped my wife off for $162.00, while not repairing her vehicle. Do not take your out of warranty vehicle to Millennium Honda. They will surely attempt to take you for a ride. Go to a more reputable service center. More
