I was greeted with a lovely warm smile from Lilly I wasn't happy about having to sit through another recall which when making the appointment was told could take up to two hours. But upon arriving...Lilly's welcoming smile and helpful manner eased my tension....and Kevin, the tech, took care of my car in under an hour and also kindly took care of my request to set my new cell for bluetooth.
