Lillian provides great service In my recent visits to Honda service I have been provided customer service at the desk by Lillian a few times and I can say she had made sure my needs In my recent visits to Honda service I have been provided customer service at the desk by Lillian a few times and I can say she had made sure my needs were met. Thank you Lillian. The service center itself is Clean with spacious seating accommodations. On another note a little bummed out that the car wash is consistently not working and that I was under the impression that my oil change services were for 2 years not 1 when I leased the car. Regardless, Lillian works very nicely with a variety of customers as i have observed in the past. Thanks again Lillian, keep up the great work! More
