Greg answered me quicky and offered several solutions I was very unhappy with the purchase and installation of a remote start on my Honda CRV. I had it done at Millenium Honda by a third party vendor use I was very unhappy with the purchase and installation of a remote start on my Honda CRV. I had it done at Millenium Honda by a third party vendor used by Honda. I had it installed one year after I purchased the CRV new from Milennium Honda. Greg tried to get me a refund . I know he gave it his best shot but he could not get the refundfor me. He continued to work with me because he wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the service and attention he put into this situation. He offered to have Honda install their Remote start or have the third party vendor install a better model of their remote start. I just wanted to take the time to say thank you to Greg for all the time and effort he put into this for me. I thought about it and decided that I just did not want another remote start. It was a poor decision on my part to have purchased it from the beginning ... Every effort was made to try and help me and I do appreciate it and will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Honda .Thank you again Greg. Best Regards, Maryann C. More

On the other hand,I am almost ready to lease a new Honda Accord from Millennium this would be my 3rd lease with Millennium.I am disappointed however that there is not a single base model Accord on the sales floor.I will be visiting the new Valley Stream Honda dealer before I decide if I want to lease from Millennium again.
