Service Excellence from Paul Mosca I have been a Honda customer for the past 7 years. I leased a new HRV in July. Professional demeanor, amiable. Explained every facet of the service visit from the time it would take to service the car, the service performed and the sincere appreciation for allowing Millenium Honda to provide the service. Management should use him to train other service reps. I will continue my patronage of Millenium Honda because of Paul Mosca and will not hesitate to refer Millenium Honda to my friends and business associates. More

Inspection of car was quick and easy. The service was completed quickly and Nick advised me of the time required. I asked for a download of GPS update also. At home it takes 4 hours and The service was completed quickly and Nick advised me of the time required. I asked for a download of GPS update also. At home it takes 4 hours and Nick said it could be done at the service center. He returned to tell me that it took 4 hours there also. I didn't have that much time to stay, so I told him not to do it. Since this service Nick has called to be sure everything was fine. I appreciated his concern. More
