waww!!! Lilly, my service adviser at Millennium Honda, was very courteous and very professional. When I first got on the phone with her, she reassured me that Lilly, my service adviser at Millennium Honda, was very courteous and very professional. When I first got on the phone with her, she reassured me that she would do her best to help me. I was frustrated with the fact that my car had broke down at the mall, about 30 miles away from home. She went above and beyond to made sure I get my car the same night. After reading the comments, I see that she made a lot other customers happy, I really thought I was the only one... Nevertheless, I cannot thank her and her staff enough for what they've done for me. More
