Also when I pick my car, the plastic cover was not removed, the paper on my carpet was not removed and the service indicator was not reset. You did not have a near trash collector where to dump the plastic cover and paper carpet cover. Many details that would have made the experience more pleasant and professional were missing. More

Rip in tire, needed a new one. Lilly was excellent, telling me what was going on during the visit.
