Upon entering the service center, Lillian greeted me with a warm smile, she introduced herself, and was attentive to details. She suggested services based on the year and mileage of my vehicle, but I was not interested at the time. While waiting in the department, she called me over and asked if I wanted to see filters from my car. After she explained the importance and showed me what she was talking about, I was inclined to purchase the filters....I am happy I did, because I feel the difference in my car now. Thank you Millennium for the pleasant service, I will continue to service, and buy all my Honda's from you guys. More
Extremely upset I brung my car into the Service Deparment July 16 , 2018 at 7:14am. Now ofcourse I’m not expecting my car to be examined right away because there are I brung my car into the Service Deparment July 16 , 2018 at 7:14am. Now ofcourse I’m not expecting my car to be examined right away because there are other cars ahead of me and I understand that everything takes time while working to satisfy EVERY customers needs. So I see my service advisor (PHIL SACCIO) and from the very beginning his whole mood is just dark. No smile , no hello , no nothing. I’m used to coming into Honda and working with Esther because the service is ALWAYS A+ seriously I was so upset when she wasn’t there. Phil never kept me updated on what was going on with my vehicle which was very upsetting. So instead of him updating me I went to him and he tells me at approximately 8:45am that my car needs work done and it would take TWO HRS. I told Phil I had to be to work at 2:00pm and he insisted that the car would be ready in two hrs. So I agreed to do the work and catch a uber to my house until the work was done. When 11:30am came I called Phil and was placed on hold for 16 minutes. Phil then told me my car would be done in a few hours. Now I’m upset because he knows that I have to be to work at 2:00pm. Phil wasn’t looking out for me the customer. Phil was looking out for Phil. Phil didn’t care if I had to be to work. Phil didn’t care about me at all. You know what Phil said to me ? Phil said “hey this isn’t a easy job I don’t have your car just sitting around here it’s going to take some time. Tell your job you’ll be a half hour late”. Oh yeah Phil ? That’s how you treat your customers. I then asked Phil could I speak to a manager or could I get a loaner because I couldn’t be late to work. Phil says to me “I’ll have a manager call you and we have nomore loaners or I would’ve gave you one.” Phil hung up the phone right after that. Oh yeah Phil ? So I had to get into a uber spend more money coming back up to Honda to see Mr. PHIL SACCIO. He still didn’t help me when I arrived. The first thing that Phil says to me is “you have your mother calling up here for you ?” Very unprofessional. I then received help from Mr. Derrence Randall and Estherlin Rodriguez. I was put into a loaner. BUT wait here’s the best part MR. PHIL SACCIO told me there were no loaners. GREAT JOB PHIL. Honeslty I feel like the advisors have to start thinking more about the customers. I understand commission comes into play with this job and I have no problem with that but keep the customers in mind while doing a great job and making commission. Remember the customer is first. Greet the customer , keep the customer updated , look happy to help the customer even if your having a bad day Mr.Phil SACCIO. By far the worse experience I’ve had at Honda service in Hempstead. Actually The WORSE experience I had at Honda service in Hempstead. NICE JOB PHIL !!!!!! More
