She has the right attitude and a great work ethic that was apparent as I witnessed at the service center.She goes above and beyond her call of duty when it comes to customer satisfaction. She does not push unnecessary products and services on people and does the right thing by them.She is very ethical that way.I can vouch for that because I came in to get a few things done but she offered me a service package and saved me money. She also pointed out that I have a recall on some sensors and took care of it as well without me even asking for it. She patiently listened to my concerns and gave me undivided attention. Above all, when I told her that I have to leave for an appointment and requested her to expedite, she got me out of there five minutes before the time frame that she had initially given me for service.
