Lillian is the best service rep in this office! I got a CEL on my dash board, and bought the car in to the shop to get it scan. The code came back to P1717 tranmission switch open. I also wanted to replace my cabin and air filter, since it has been a few years. Lillian took good care of the air filter and cabin filter, and was great. She is one of the few famliiar faces left in the office because we have been taking our car back for the past 7 - 8 years. She is always prepared, competent, and will tell you exactly what needs to be done. I always wait my turn so I can get her as my service advisor<----that tells you how great she is! I hope she will stay there forever, and that her excellent service gets recognized and rewarded by Honda. More
