Stellar service by a friendly advisor I had a stellar service experience at Millennium Honda. My service representative was Paul Mosca. He was fabulous from the moment I brought my car i I had a stellar service experience at Millennium Honda. My service representative was Paul Mosca. He was fabulous from the moment I brought my car in until the moment I left. When Paul registered my mother's vehicle for service on Saturday morning (airbag recall), he was smiling and super friendly. when I told him I wanted to sell my mom's car, he was quick to tell me that the Honda Accord she owned was a great vehicle and it would not be in her best interest to sell her car when it had such low mileage...only 22K. Paul also provided my mother's car with the free multi-point inspection. No matter what questions I asked or how often I asked, he was always smiling. I also brought my own car in for a check up because some lights came on and he quickly got me a loaner car. The most important part of my service experience was how Paul worked with me on pricing. He worked with me so I could afford the quality service Millennium Honda provides while not breaking my bank. He was understanding and could relate to my situation when it came to pricing. I could not have asked for better service. I can't sing the praises of Millennium Honda enough. I will definitely be back for service...and when I am ready to buy another car. More
