He is extremely considerate of my time and always goes out of his way to help me and makes sure my van is being repaired as soon as possible. I'm happy with the repairs and never have a problem afterwards. They are done professionally and in a timely manner. The mechanics are well trained and professional. Not only am I happy with his positive and patient approach, I am grateful for his recommendations regarding service on my car. He always gets back to me quickly with great explanations of what the service technicians see with my car. Excellent service an personal attention Scott and Tom were by far two of the most extraordinarilykind and patient sales associates that I haven't ever encountered in any business. As for the purchasing of a certified pre-owned vehicle, and the business of car sales, I had previously met numerous pushy salesmen and a tremendous amount of hi pressure situations. Scott and Tom were not ANYTHING like the others! I was amazed by how kind and gentle they were with me though out the entire process, despite my obvious trepidations and and ambivalence. Scott was 100% attentive as he walked me through variousaspects of the technology and mechanics at every level of the vehicle's functioning. He addressed every concern I had about the car ( or the purchase) in a extremely personal and attentive manner. At Hempstead Honda, I was treated with extreme kindness and respect for my process and the pace that I needed to go, in order to be comfortable with my decision. I will always be grateful. Thank you! Excellent in service by Victoria Lopez I went for service since my window was not going down- Ms. Lopez took care of it. She advised me that we need to order the part. I called her on Friday Oct 30 th to come in. She put me on hold to find out whether the part has been delivered. She took extra step to verify and not waste my time coming over there and the part may not be there. Instead I went on Saturday 31st morning. And she took care of my issue . She is great . All the Best Victoria.. In the mean time I visited sale and no one even said welcome , how can I help ! and busy among themselves. Thanks. More
