Too many issues had to be addressed in order to be satisfied with the transaction. The car prep was poor and the lack of communication between sales and finance was embarrassing. After purchasing 4 new tires from Honda, I first noticed that there were tire/road sounds as I drove, so I brought my car back to the dealer, where the stated that my car was road tested with no such sounds that there were tire/road sounds as I drove, so I brought my car back to the dealer, where the stated that my car was road tested with no such sounds as I had claimed, so after 2.5 hours in the Service Shop, my car was returned, so I left. Another week of driving I had the same road thumping noises so I again brought my car back to the dealer. This time, I was informed that all tires were to be rebalanced, no charge to me. So at the conclusion of the service, my car was returned. I must add that the tire thumping has greatly diminished, but I still am hearing a softer thumping as I drive, especially at slower speeds and while driving on asphalt roads. At this time I will not further pursue this with Honda and accept the thumping, throughout our ownership of this vehicle. More

I called ahead and made an appointment to bring in my car for service on Thursday, 8/21/25. They had no loaner car but told me it would be a few days and therefore, I had to pay out of pocket for a car that for service on Thursday, 8/21/25. They had no loaner car but told me it would be a few days and therefore, I had to pay out of pocket for a car that was nearly $600. On Saturday morning, I called to check on the status of my car and the man told me the hold up was the transmission and swore to me it would be ready on Monday, 8/25. I called early Monday morning and Stephen said my car wasn’t even looked at since last Thursday. I was flipping mad and took my anger out on him. This is unacceptable! When a person makes an appointment to drop it off, they assume the car will be worked on that day. If not, they should’ve told me. Stephen got it worked on that day and had it ready in 3 hrs. That’s what should’ve happened on Thursday. Honda should reimburse me for the money I had to spend on a rental a car. They need more loaner cars too. When Orlando Hernandez worked there, on a different service date a couple of years ago and I was able to get a loaner but they kept my car for 3 weeks! They have to do better and that’s going to influence my decision as to whether I purchase another Honda and that’s why you got 3 stars. It should be 2 but Stephen saved the day. More
